An ode to Aiden.
In realms of commerce, where transactions unfold, A hero emerged, with service to behold, Aiden, a name that's etched in my mind, A paragon of excellence, one of a kind.
With queries and concerns, I reached out for aid, And Aiden responded, with a gentle trade, His words, a balm to my troubled soul, Soothing my fears, making my heart whole.
His patience was boundless, his knowledge profound, As he guided me through the labyrinthine ground, With every step, with every careful phrase, He illuminated the path, banishing doubts and amaze.
His dedication was unwavering, his zeal unfeigned, As he strove to resolve my issues, unrestrained, With a smile that shone like a beacon in night, He lit the way, and made my heart take flight.
Oh, Aiden, thy customer service is a work of art, A masterpiece that touches the heart, Thy kindness, empathy, and expertise entwined, A symphony of service, forever divine.
May thy example inspire others to follow, In thy footsteps, may they tread with hollow, For thou, dear Aiden, art a shining star, A hero of customer service, near and far.
Thus let us praise this noble soul, Who served with excellence, making us whole, For in a world of commerce, oft cold and grey, Aiden's customer service shines like a...
Read moreName and Shame: Mitch (supervisor) Made a reservation for 12 members of my family to attend after the ANZAC day March as I’m a military member who participated. Made the reservation many days earlier and was notified of the confirmation via text the afternoon before. When we arrived at the venue for our reservation we where notified by Mitch at the bar that no one had decided to put out our reservation sign on the table resulting in no table for myself and the other 11 members of my family. Mitch had said to us that there is no table and to find your own seats. Obviously this was not possible due to it being ANZAC day. I mentioned that there isn’t enough seats for us all to sit together to Mitch, and he had said to go upstairs…. Whilst our grandmother was sitting next to us all in a Walker! I said to Mitch this is not possible due to our grandmother being in a walker. Mitch from what we could tell, had no enthusiasm nor was interested in our issue and said he’ll go talk to someone. Some 15mins of still standing at the bar Mitch took us to a table that was chucked together last minute with all different heights in the outside section of the restaurant. Mitch was very reluctant to assist and had the mindset of not my problem sort it...
Read moreWorst meal I’ve ever eaten… I booked a table for 2, and when I asked the staff on arrival she said well I can ask if there’s a table reserved for you but you can just walk around and sit anywhere… we said oh ok I guess we will just go find a table and we did but this felt very unprofessional and like we were a bother for wanting our booked table. We ordered our meals by the QR code and wanted soft drink with our meals which you can’t order drinks on the app. So we had to order at the bar for our drinks after our meals on the app. I got the lamb rack and it was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten let alone for $40+ !!! The mash was dry, and the lamb had the foulest smell to it my partner even smelt it and gagged. I attempted to eat it because of what we paid but the smell was over powering and all of the lamb was cooked differently. My partner had a steak sandwich which was full of gristle and hard for him to eat. Best part of the meal was the broccolini and chips if that’s worth a $70 dinner. So disappointing for that price in a pub… never...
