WARNING to other potential customers! This is my experience: I placed an order for a $130 map a month ago on 9th November. After some time I tried emailling them to find out what is going on with my order as I received no communication about delays or tracking numbers. They were very hard to get in contact with via phone or email so I I opened a paypal claim to receive a refund with them. And again emailled them this time asking for a refund as the date had passed that I required the map for. Only after I opened a case did they reply to my communications saying they had sent it and it probably got lost with the courier as that often happens-still not providing me with any proof of actually sending the item. I again said I only wanted them to process the refund as the date had passed that I wanted the item for. They lied to me and said they could not give me a refund with an active paypal case against them (see pic attached). I was shocked at the lie and I showed them clearly how easy it is to process a refund through paypal on an open case. Then they replied with "oh yes we can do it but it is much more difficult for us to do. Telling me again I need to remove the dispute against them from paypal and only then would they refund me in store straight back to my account". I again showed them a screenshot of the 5 buttons it takes to press to refund someone through a paypal dispute. They now say they will "pass it on to their accounts department to refund me through paypal"-and yet refuse to do so. I am still waiting for the refund. I am unsure whether this is incompetence on their behalf due to a mismanaged/chaotic business or if they are actually trying to scam consumers out of their money, I can now see many other recent reviews online for the business saying the same story over and over again. Last 4 emails have said they will refund me (for the last 7 days) and yet still nothing. In the time it took them to write those emails they could have refunded me 4 times. Again buyer beware! And for any other fools like me who have already purchased and are seeking refunds unsuccessfully my advice would be to get help from the Department of Fair Trade, ACCC or paypal if you paid that way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I purchased a map book online on the 21st March, it was then “posted” which I was given the tracking number on the 25th March. After 2 days of still waiting for it to be picked up from the store by the courier, I emailed to get an update. I was told on the 27th that “the tracking number didn’t look right” and that they would get back to me. I still haven’t heard from them. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried the call the store many times but no one ever answers. I’ve asked for a refund but no reply. After reading other people’s reviews I see that this “business” has a habit of selling things they don’t have in stock and taking peoples money without ever sending the items. I would AVOID buying from them. Luckily I managed to order the same map book from a store over east and it arrived the next day (in time for when I need it). This business is a joke, do not buy from them unless you like giving out money...

I rang prior to ordering the book to check they had it in stock and was told that it was and they would ship the same day as the order was placed. After 2 days of not receiving a confirmation email that item had been shipped I sent an email asking them to send the item immediately as I was flying overseas the following week and needed to take the book with me. I followed up by ringing the following day and was told by the girl that she would check order status and ring me back in 15mins which didn’t happen. I have now tried to call the store many times but they can obviously see my number and refuse to pick the call up. Unfortunately they have my money for the book and an additional payment for express post and based on other reviews they don’t have the book in stock and it will be a struggle to get a refund.
