Pioneer Park is an oasis from the main street tourist trail of Hahndorf. The park offers a kids playground at rear, a rotunda and clean public toilets. There's loads of options to picnic or read a book on well maintained lawns or sit in the shade. Definitely worth a stop.

Lovely little garden with public toilets. Great little spot if you want to rest from walking around town. Excellent location also. There’s a bust statue of Captain Dirk Meinertz Hahn for which the town is named after.

WE don't get to hahndorf much. yet we find ourselves at this park often enough! I think it has just the right mix of memorial and all-weather family space (and gorgeous gardens!) to suit the whole family! Even my teenagers still love...

Very tidy and well maintained park, basic play equipment but i think thats whats nice. Toilets and bbq area down one end and theres all so a undercover area to sit out of the sun or rain. Grab a coffee from a near cafe and let the...
