Disappointed that the walkthrough from the former Harris Scarfe has been removed, along with the upstairs retail. Other than this, it seems to be a decent regional style inner city shopping arcade
New owners have invested a lot in redeveloping this shopping centre. Looks sharp and stylish and attracting higher end stores.

H&M and Target are now the drawcard box box retailers, with many smaller local and national brands taking residence. That's if you can get into the city with the stupid cycleways. I'm unsure how you legally ride a bike on a public road bike lane when you have no evidence of knowing road rules via testing or licence. I went down Murray steet interseting davey in the left hand lane to go to the wharfe and a cyclist who knew nothing about road rules held me up, parked infront of my vehicle turning right waiting for pedestrians to cross the road, your can't turn right from there, but just shows the stupidity of bike lanes.
