I highly recommend you DO NOT buy through this company. It was my first time and my absolute last time!!!

I purchased some boots and t-shirts for my husband as a birthday present while the boots seem the type he wanted when they arrived they didn't fit and were not what he wanted. The t-shirts were too big. They have nothing similiar to replace them or in his size so they have agreed to refund the boots but... I was also threatened... that this type of refund would never be allowed again! WHAT!!!

To be honest, these days of online buying has opened many doors for businesses who realise that sometimes the purchase is not right but we tried! Less the postage from the refund and a thank you "we hope you will shop with us again" is the norm!

The t-shirts I wanted to replace did not come in his size. However, I am now forced to buy him something else from them as they do not offer refunds. I took a lot of time to find and choose the t-shirts that I originally picked.

We all work hard for our money and make purchase decisions with care! Saddleworld Ipswich... you do not have to worry with a threat to me regarding "never happen again" I will never buy anything from here ever again and make sure people like me who like to buy on line to support local business know how you operate!

HELMET TAGGING- BEWARE Do not! I repeat DO NOT go to this store for helmet tagging. The owner will tell you your helmet does not meet the EA standards. Plot twist, it does and all my helmets are tagged thanks to Horseland Ipswich under the new EA tag rules. The owner tried to scam me into buying a new helmet. I'm not the first person she has tried this tactic on, I was just lucky enough not to fall for it. I have been told that parents have been told to buy new helmets only to find out that this new helmet not only is the same level of safety of the helmet they brought in for testing, but will need to rebuy a helmet end of 2026 when the new rules kick in regarding the VS1 regulation.

Please don't fall for this scam because not only is the owner doing this knowingly but will not offer a refund on their crappy practices. This type of behaviour makes me sick. DEFINITELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANY RETAIL SHOP I HAVE BEEN TO. I visited this store twice within the last two weeks and they are the rudest individuals. The Older lady needs to stop working if she isn’t happy working in retail and as for the younger ladies in there, they are not much better. They advertise products on their website and you specifically make the trip in for those sale items and as soon as you show them they are on sale -they look at you in disgust and don’t even help you as its not a full priced item. Don’t bother wasting your money with this business as they are not grateful for any sale. The only reason I went there was because it was closest to me. Next time I’d rather travel to Toowoomba then to waste my money there. You’re a local retail business, maybe get the stick out of your arses and actually be genuine to the customers...
