Oh WoW 🤩 the food was delicious. We ordered the Waffle Fritter - zucchini and corn fritter with halloumi, tomato relish - cashew nut and carrot puree with poached eggs - it was to die for. Dusty Farmhouse Avo- avocado on sourdough with poached eggs 🄚 and feta. Also delicious. And we also ordered the kids bacon and eggs with tomato šŸ…. The price for the quality of our meals was outstanding. Absolutely I will go there again. I can’t explain how impressed I was with the meals. The flavour, texture, and presentation was incredible. The service was amazing. The meals came out very quickly. And I have to mention the coffee ā˜•ļø was also yummy . If you looking for somewhere to go for breakfast in Ipswich definitely try this place.

What a wonderful breakfast. First off, good, fast attentive service. Highly appreciated when you are in a bit of a rush. Second, not too bad on price. A cake slice, 2 large lactose free coffees, (they use PROPER milk, not UHT, thank God!), bacon and egg roll, along with a eggs Benny. Only $47 dollars. Also, BEAUITFUL coffee art. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and when asking for crispy bacon, it came out crispy! Something that cafes around Ipswich struggle to comprehend. Thirdly, the atmosphere and music was great. Good classical and upbeat Jazz made our morning breakfast enjoyable;- No signs of whingey cover songs! Even bought a bag of coffee beans. DO go to this place !

We dined at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. They were VERY busy, with one table available outside(we grabbed that, possibly jaywalking just beforehand to secure it) and one or two spare inside. This did not affect the service - the people were positive and friendly and the coffees and food arrived with surprising speed. The menu was diverse, with plenty on offer to tempt us into coming back. The atmosphere was quaint and chic and the space was clean and obviously loved. The portion sizes were good, without being enormous. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty - the relish was the star for me, a very pleasant discovery! The coffee was exceptional.

Wife just wanted a small ice latte. And she wanted less milk because she is SUPER stressed about newly diagnosed Gestational Diabetes and wants less carbohydrates/sugars IE milk. They couldn’t do that. So we ordered coffee with a glass of cold milk which took heaps of negotiating. They could not understand what I meant (which I know was a pain in the arse of an order... but they also probably should have been able to accommodate). So we ordered parts of coffees to construct a coffee. Coffee came out with like.... the smallest amount of milk one could imagine. Haha So had to re ask for the milk on the side

Food came out in reasonable time. That was good.

But wife’s egg needed to be hard boiled (pregnancy) which we’d asked for when ordering. And was super soft. So the girl said they’d replace or recook it; whichever.

It just never came back. So 10 mins later we asked cause wife’s food had gotten quitte cold and eaten. Food was fine, good. So that’s another relative positive. The owner went to follow up. Didn’t understand the instructions. Thought somehow wife had said they’d stuffed up our order and not given us our meals. So he came back a few minutes later kinda slightly confused and a bit curtly like... ā€œwhat is the problem?ā€ So wife explained again. And he’s like ohhhhhh and then another few minutes later egg comes out. So about 15 minutes after...

Visited yesterday with a table of 4. Venue excellent, very comfortable, heaps of space, some cool features. Great music Work needs to happen in the kitchen and service. Waited for waitress to take our order and only after about 15/20 min of waiting and after asking was it explained you ordered at the counter. No problem with this, but please advise your guests on seating that this is the case! Food was tasty but felt overpriced and undersized. Milkshake wasn't cold. 3 burgers were brought out and eaten before 4th person's meal was brought out and then, when it finally arrived, the waitress thought it was funny when the poached egg flopped over from the top of the avacado when presenting it to the guest. The waitress happily left it as such with no offer to return it to the kitchen to amend the presentation. The fries that were ordered as a side to the eaten burgers had to be asked for and brought out after the 4th person's meal. It is very obvious the people running this place have no or very little hospitality experience. Get your act together guys, you've got a great place. Get some proper hospitality training for your staff, a chef in the kitchen that is generous, and can handle the pressure of service. Above is the trade off to a very cool, comfortable and modern eatery which Ipswich...

The food was ok, drinks were fabulously sweet but I still left this cafe with a sour taste in my mouth. The waitresses were very busy but remained polite with great customer service but as I sat near the kitchen I could feel the bad vibes coming from there. The chefs loudly stomped around with scowls and yells. As a woman myself I couldn’t help but feel extremely uncomfortable watching the male chefs treat the female waitresses with horrible attitude, as if they were just another tool in the kitchen. The chef with brown hair gave extremely odd and off putting looks towards the waitresses along with weird comments. I left feeling like I was transported to the 1950s. If I wanted to feel like that I would’ve gone around the corner to the 50s themed diner! Is this the kind of atmosphere the owners are warranting?? I wouldn’t want to work here and I’m still surprised any waitresses are...
