This hotel is rundown and overpriced. The only thing positive about it is it’s location. It’s advertised as a 4 start hotel but in fact it’s more like a 2/3 star hotel or a motel. When we checked in, we were told our 2 bedroom apartment is not available and was given 2x 1 bedroom apartment. That means the kids will have to sleep in the sofa bed. I kindly ask them to please setup the sofa bed with pillows and quilts. They said no problem. I waited for an hour, nothing. So I went downstairs and spoke to another gentlemen at reception about the sofa bed and please give me 2 extra towels for the kids. He said no problem. I told him we are going out and will only be back after 7 when the reception will be closed. I repeatedly asked him to make sure the extra pillow and quilt is setup for the sofa bed. And he assured me it will be organized. We came back after dinner and to my horror, the only thing done was the sofa bed was flipped out with nothing setup. To his credit, 2 extra towels were given. I frantically tried to contact someone regarding the pillows and quilt and cannot find a number to call. Luckily I found a number on the door of reception to call. I called and spoke to the second gentlemen I spoke to and he said yes I’ve given you the extra towels! I said what about the pillows and quilt? He said there’s 1 extra pillow and a blanket in the wardrobe. I said I’ve got 2 kids, how are they going to use 1 pillow? And the blanket looked filthy and disgusting! He eventually said ok, I’ll come and check. After waiting about 40 minutes, there was a knock on the door and that gentleman was at the door with a brand new quilt without any covers... that’s it. He just gave it to me and said, “It’s ok now?” I was speechless and just took it and said yes that’s it. The sofa bed was really bad and looked like it was going to break. Lucky it’s just the kids sleeping there. It’s not suitable for adults at all! Later that night, I was flipping through the information folder and to my horror, there was a used tissue wedged between the pages!!!! Talk about COVID sanitization protocols! To add to this horror, the next morning when we woke, my wife found 2 blood stains on the quilt we were sleeping with through the night!! Do yourself a favor, DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Nothing like the advertising! Very disappointing room for a regular business traveler. Studio is advertised as "flooded with natural light", in reality the tiny window is above head height and located above a staircase offering no views and little to no natural light depending on the time of day, to the point that all the room lights had to be switched on all day. The roof angled down on a 45 degree angle creating a cramped space for anyone over 5 foot tall. Walls are scuffed and in poor condition. Ive stayed at hostels in better condition. Staff were friendly, but unable to move me to a different room despite offering to pay more

Stayed here for one night while on business trip. Was in Room 3B, just a warning that this room has a flight of stairs as it’s sort of based in a basement. The room is spacious and although a little old, is well maintained. The kitchen came in handy and I put it to good use. Cause the room is next to the street, there can be some outside noise but wasn’t too bad to be a disturbance. Bed was very comfortable so I slept well in the king bed. The location was ideal and close to some nice restaurants and cafes, and a quick 3 mins walk to the mall. The complimentary bottle of water came in handy.

From the start, the customer service was unprofessional, unable to find my booking as the staff for some unknown reason had checked me in prior to my arrival. The booking was for a "studio apartment" which was infact a poorly furnished room in the basement with the only window (didn't open) that was used quite regularly by vehicles and trucks throughout the night, being in the basement the temperature was extremely cold an damp. The tiny heater struggled all night to maintain a reasonable temperature which was constantly very loud, there is what I believe was central heating from the odd whining and howling I could hear on and off all night, the bed was nothing more than two extremely uncomfortable single beds pushed together which made for a rock hard center and horrible sides as they both felt far to used to be able to be in a hotel.

All this in a lovely package for $164 per night resulted in ZERO sleep after a 4hour drive up for work plus having to work the next day and drive home made for a horrible trip! Also just to add insult to injury there was meant to be wifi which was asked for prior to booking which was needed for work but it was unable to be accessed due the site being down for 3 days which as stated on the site. So for a total of $328 for two nights I can't believe anyone has ever given this hotel more...
