Fantastic place for an amazing lunch platter containing all local Tasmanian produce. Coffee is also available.Staff are very friendly and helpful. A wide selection of food item as well as books etc to purchase. Great prices for local produce and products. Also a wide range of wines to have with lunch or a cheese platter. A great location to take a helicopter scenic fly to and have lunch. Flat, level car park and easy access for wheelchairs also. You can also sit outside and enjoy your food and drinks at tables or sit on the lawn. Can’t wait to visit again.

A small well Maintained conservatory with lot of flowers in it. Free entry and it is a quick visit inside the city park. Kids enjoyed the view of variety of flowers and how they have arranged it..street parking is available for 1 hour and you can complete the visit in an hour. There are public toilets available in a short distance. The Japanese Macquay habitat is also in a walking distance. Great experience inside the city.

The conservatory was actually closed when I was there so I can only comment what it looked like from the outside (which was nice!). It’s in the middle of City Park as well which is a fabulous experience in and of itself. Heaps of space outside for the kids to run around.
