I recently brought drinks from Gotcha Chadstone. The staff accidentally gave out the wrong order to another customer & had to call them back to retrieve the correct drink. The problem was that the person had already put the straw into the drink & I saw her sipping it. The staff brushed it off & decided it was ok to change the lid & pretend nothing had happened. A bad move since I was literally watching it unfold & it was my drink order. I requested for the drink to be remade & also asked for a new cup because it’s a common sense thing to do. The drink didn’t come with clingfilm seal (UberEats delivery) and I know their no ice option always comes half-filled if not 1/3 full, but, this time there was chilli flakes in my drink and a very weird peppery+seasoning+herbal/minty after-taste, as if the delivery driver took a swig out of it before it was delivered. Came here at around 16.30 on Monday, the staff has started to do their closing and the staff was very rude. My friend wanted to order the bamboo charcoal, the staff looked at her watch and said "sorry, order from #1 to #4" without explaining anything.
