Bad Place to shop I went to buy 2 whole Tasmanian Salmon and I agreed and paid for them as they insisted so they could cut them into fillets for me I waited 45 minutes they kept delaying but serving all the Chinese buyers to clean and serve them first I complained once ,twice then I asked for my money back since they had not touched my order yet they refused I screamed swore at them threatened them made no difference like talking to a brick wall just staring no apology and 15 minutes later they cut the fish and left on the far counter and they pointed me to pick it up...

I bought 1.1kg paradise prawn and 3 live abalones there today, and I ask staff to help me clean organs for the 3 abalones. The staff took 3 live abalones back to kitchen and immediately take them out. I assume they clean the abalones and didn’t check. When I back to home and check the abalones, they haven’t been clean the organs at all, and they are so hard not fresh, I realized the staff took the live product back to kitchen and exchanged with dead frozen ones. I will never go to this store again, and wouldn’t recommend...

I bought two pomfret fish, cut one of them in half for dinner, braised the tail of the fish, and braised the head of the fish with other flavor. Turns out the meat of the fish tail tasted like paste and didn't like you were eating fish, which is not fresh fish at all.
