Wamada Jewellery Chatswood — Local services in Sydney

Got invited today by Vince to get a preview of the Chatswood Chase store whilst it's being set up. I had coincidentally been wondering why there aren't any Seiko AD's in this area. Next thing you know, I have a private viewing of Wamada's Seiko line up which is a new brand offering to their repertoire (as well as with Tissot).

The Chase store is right across the Apple store, and is a much more grand and luxurious feeling than the CBD store you might be used to. Vince and team are extremely welcoming as always, and try to provide the best deals possible for their customers.

I had been after a Willard for a while to complete my Seiko trifecta. Upon inspecting it in store, Vince gave me a good deal and so I happily pulled the trigger. Happy to have been one of the first physical customers in the Chase store, which opens to the public tomorrow 18/12/21.

The level of service that Vincent and his team provides at Wamada Jewellery is top notch! Vincent is very kind and attentive, which made the service feel very genuine. He is prompt with his communication and always keeps you in the loop. Even during outside business hours which assisted me a lot as sometimes I do not have time to talk during business hours.

This allowed me to make the purchase of the timepiece I wanted that much more easier and smooth. Was also able to get it at a great price! I have been to many jewellers in my time, and Wamada Jewellery is the best one by far!

A truly fantastic experience with Wamada Jewellery, and in particular Vincent. He was extremely helpful throughout the sales process, and provided a great level of communication. This was especially helpful as there was a delay by Oris in producing more of the particular watch (Oris Cotton Candy in blue) I was after.

Both Vincent and Wamada Jewellery were able to assist me with my purchase of a watch I'd been looking for for some time , and were able to offer the best price I could find. The fact I also lived interstate wasn't an issue, and Vincent sent my watch as soon as the payment had been completed.
