We used to visit Tutti Frutti regularly while living in Perth and my children were excited that it has come to Sydney now. We ordered 3 bowls of frozen yoghurt amounting to $42.26!
We were enjoying our yoghurt when my youngest daughter pulled a piece of black material with metal out of her mouth. At first I thought it was an insect then I saw the metallic silver bit and thought I need to tell the owner immediately. It actually looks like fly screen to be honest. Photos attached though doesnât do it much justice as the owner had been rolling it into his fingers and on the spoon.
After showing the owner he dismissed me and said it was probably a seed which obviously it wasnât. There was no apology and no remorse that my daughter probably swallowed stuff that was not meant to be eaten. He did not care at all.
So I went to his employee who was actually excellent at customer service, and he immediately apologised and said he would tell his boss. I said never mind, I already did but he did not care but I thought that he should know and I will be writing a review about this.
I am very disappointed with Chatswoodâs Tutti Fruttiâs response and I am not likely to ever buy...
Read moreI loved the Froyo here!! They offer a selection of yummy toppings, both healthy and indulgent. Naturally, I couldnât resist the unhealthy options! Lmao
I went for the chocolate & matcha Froyo, topped with biscoff, sour straps, popping pearls, M&Ms, chocolate, and nutella & biscoff sauce. My partner in crime chose an Açai and lychee Froyo with the healthiest toppings, including chia seeds and mango with pistachio sauce. It was a complete contrast to my indulgent treat, but he managed to pinch my biscoff cookie, saving me some calories
The yogurt was incredibly refreshing, smooth, and creamy, with a gelato-like texture. It was up to 97% fat-free and packed with essential nutrients like calcium and probiotics, promoting a healthier lifestyle. Some flavours are even gluten-free and dairy-free.
If youâre feeling the heat and need a break from shopping, head to this shop, level 4. They offer regular and large sizes, allowing you to choose your yogurt flavour and add your favourite toppings. The best part? You pay by weight, making it a perfect choice for this...
Read moreLove love froyo. I wish they had more selections of fresh fruit or sauces. But service wise it was disappointing yesterday when the guy was rostered there. He was not very helpful with the old guy who didn't have any idea on how the toppings and the concept of the whole thing. He was holding a walking stick for stability. He just said to the old man " you can scoop it yourself " even the old man said he doesn't how to put on or what is the concept. The guy didn't even budge to explain or help. Being in a serving industry or hospitality it is a very important to treat the customers properly. I liked the other one the student girl she was more kind...
