I recently visited Rocket Kulfi in Harris Park and was very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The faluda was priced at $15, which I felt was extremely high for the quantity offered. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, their response was dismissive and unprofessional, saying it was "okay if I didn’t like it and the owner said it’s rabdi faluda but it’s doesn’t say anywhere rabdi it’s says kulfi Faluda normally I prefer to buy from Durga pan shop but today I thought let’s try form here

Checked opening timing on google maps and went down walking on a rather sunny day at 2pm. Shop's closed , called them, they atleast had the courtesy to answer the call and told that they decided to open at 6 as it's too hot.
