Amazing!!! Tonight, Tuesday 30/7/2024, I have tried the food here at this restaurant for the first time. It's Tuesday night (6-8pm) so the restaurant offers a free meal. The vegetarian curry, pickle onion, and dessert were served to everyone who would like to try it. I can't remember what's the name of the meal, but I asked the gentleman who works there and he said that the curry rice made from chickpeas and yoghurt, and the dessert made from semolina (wheat flour) which is really nice. I love the food, it's so tasty. The service is excellent. Everyone line up in a line, and they have a team of 3 or 4 people standing up inside and keep getting the food to ready plates for the customers. After finishing the meal, the customers can put their plates in a big container sitting near the footpath, which is in front of the restaurant. I am surprised how nice and friendly the customer service is and how good their teamwork is even if it's a free meal, but the staff seem to put their heart into it and provide great food, great service. Thanks to the owner and the staff members of the restaurant. Best of luck on your journey!

Worst "Veg Biryani" Ever – Avoid New Jaipur Sweets at All Costs Had lunch at New Jaipur Sweets today, and I seriously regret it. I ordered the veg biryani for the first time, and it was an absolute disaster. It took over 30 minutes to arrive, and when it did, I was shocked. This wasn’t biryani — it was just some plain rice mixed with frozen, half-cooked vegetables and a few chunks of paneer. No biryani aroma, no spices, no flavor — just a bland, lazy mess. There wasn’t even a single potato in the entire dish. What kind of veg biryani has no potatoes? It looked and tasted like they just tossed frozen veggies into rice and called it a day. If you’re a real veg biryani lover, do yourself a favor — stay far away from New Jaipur Sweets. Total waste of time and money. I won’t be going back.

Should change name to ‘waiting pur’. Does not matter if you’re here for jalebis or anything else, even if your samosa is sitting ready right in front of you, minimum wait time is 15-20 minutes. My personal record is 40 minutes. I’m not sure if this is marketing strategy to make people wait and create an impression that shop is busy or something else but have not seen person who got his order in 2 minutes ever. Jalebis contribute to major revenue with mediocre food quality. Edit : Made a grave mistake of ordering food here again. Even if you order a can of coke here, you won’t get it in less than 30 minutes. Staff won’t entertain you if you order anything other than jalebi. You will have to follow up and ask 100 times before you get your food.

I have given them 5 stars bcoz these are not really complaints i want them to improve on this and they deserve it. MISTAKES THEY DO •1st they serve (LANGAR)free food on one day a week, staff treats customers as they came to eat langar lol. •2nd. their pani puri is sometimes off and flavourless feels like they dont do any check before they serve. •3rd the boss if you talk to him about these problems he has his own dreamland deluted world from where he doesn’t want to come out. •4th girls are like zombies serving you food •5th girls try to serve you the beat but don’t know what to do •6th that bike is so annoying sitting inside the dining hall, may be they have it for aussie customers but i dont think in harris park and being a vegetarian restaurant they will have many aussie customers or customers from different nationalities so therefore indians are suffering looking at that what they left in india. •7th till you are waiting for your food keep looking at motorcycle or zombies going around or walls. THE FOOD IS NICE DEPENDS ON UR ORDER AND INDIVIDUAL TASTE.IF U DONT LIKE SOMETHING TRY SOMETHING ELSE I AM SURE YOU WILL FIND SOMETHING EXTRA BEST FOR YOU HERE. So now why i have given 5* right??? Good price Best quantity Good quality if you know what to order. pick a zombie talk nice and that will turn to a robot for you (good service) Owner is a dream lander and best entertainer 6.havnt tried but may be they offer a ride on that bike too who knows. 7.no matter what in harris park no one could creat that environment that these people did (fare) mela After reading this i am sure they will try to improve in all aspects WHOEVER READS THIS REVIEW ITS A GENUINE REVIEW DO GIVE THEM ONE OR TWO TRIES. DONT JUDGE THEM WITH JUST ONE GO THEY DESERVE SECOND CHANCE SUPPORT YHEM GOOD...

On nov 1 Friday night, I feel like having some sweets after dinner. Therefore, we visited this shop to get some laddoo. It was pretty busy. We paid for the product and waited on the row for sweets considering the crowd of customers we waited with patience. After few minutes my husband requested the lady staff giving the receipt she replied with "excuse me" again we waited few minutes because nobody was there to attend the sweets row. My husband excused her second time again she replied with "excuse me" and attending the people behind us. We feel rejected and embarrassed, the reason so many people were staring behind us. I think, they prefer only Punjabi customers over others so I decided to cancel the order and also asked for cancellation. But the girl in reception said why you want to cancel the order. And I simply replied you guys seem very busy so,I wanted to cancel. She replied she cannot cancel the order. And the same lady who was excusing two times already was saying 'kya huwa ja ke de do" 🙄. We feel very bad and rejected because the way she was responding was baised and neglected. It's my suggestion to you if you prefer only Indians or Punjabis please keep a big notice infront of the door otherwise, show same attitude to all the customers. If you do not have customer service skill and knowledge you can do the back-door task. Please don't be rude to someone and very nice to someone at a same time. Because we are there seeing what you doing, talking and how you behaving. And it matters to all the people who are infront of...

Today l came to your restaurant Jaipur sweets to dine in with my mum for the first time. My mum asked is that the only menu you have at the counter & the lady who served us was a lier saying there was no other menu when we saw other people who sat down to eat she gave a different menu & they had different food. Aslo the lady was rude to my mum & l. She aslo rolled her 👀 👀 at both my mum & l.When we spoke to her at the counter. Plus she was 💯 rudest person l have met in any indian restaurant in Harris Park. Aslo you must have your tables always cleaned before anyone decides whether to sit at that table as my mum & l sat next to the drinks fridge and we had to ask the lady who was cooking the food outside the restaurant to clean the table for us as it was so dirty like the table was not cleared all day. Plus there was a worker who was off shift with her 👪 eatting in the restaurant acting as if they got the food for free, they were sitting behind the main 🚪 before the line starts to the counter as she spoke so loud to her daugthers & mother,mother-in-law saying in Hindi are you happy with the free service that to me is so rude to do. I would like to say that I am never coming back again with my mum or my family to your restaurant Jaipur sweets. I will not tell anyone to try your sweets or food in Jaipur sweets restaurant as the food tasted like you opened up a gits package from one of the local Indian shops like Little India...
