My sister was called today and we instructed to pickup a Dr Seuss product by one of your staff members at the QVB gallery.
When my wife and sister greeted your representative at approximately 5:30pm today, after travelling for over an hour, they were told they could not pick up the product as your business had not received funds from your finance institution.
My sister had travelled over an hour to pickup the item and arranged to leave work early to do so. We told your staff member this and at that point she laughed and said "at least you left work early". The overall demeanour of this staff member was smug and there was a very low level of customer service shown.
The girl was of a slim build, brunette with black thick framed glasses.

The only small downside was the music. It was playing very quietly from a computer rather than the ceiling speakers, which made it difficult to fully immerse myself in the magic of the space. A stronger soundscape would have really elevated the overall experience.
That said, I cannot fault Mark — his presence made the visit feel personal and enriching. I’d absolutely recommend stopping by if Mark is working, even if the gallery has a few quiet moments. His energy and insight more...
