I was booked in for 3 nights for work. Didn’t know what to expect, but found the care around my arrival really helpful (coming on a Sunday evening - they arranged a key from a locked box so I had after-hours access).||I was in room 17 - a lovely huge upstairs room really, and disappointing only in that there was no lounge to watch TV from - just two cheap metal chairs, a desk and the very comfortable bed, but as it was torrential rain for my entire stay I wasn’t wanting to go out much, and spent one entire day working from the hotel room. The internet was fast and reliable. ||The room was immaculate, cleanest I’ve really ever come across in a hotel, and it’s was comfortable although the furniture felt a bit like it had come from AMart. Bathroom was great. Shower water temp was unreliable and hard to get right. ||Little bar fridge with complementary bottled water was appreciated. ||Having arrived at night I had no idea what was around me, and as it was pouring rain I didn’t feel like going out for dinner, but I wasn’t confident UberEats would find me either with the reception closed. I went without dinner. ||I would have appreciated some recommendations in a folder in the room - like a few good places to eat would have been great. Also places like a local gym or similar. Eventually found the Builders Club and had a decent meal there on my second night - it’s a nice club and it’s nearby! ||And since I was working from my room one entire day, It would have been nice to have had more than a kettle. A toaster would be great. A small microwave would have been awesome. Just something to reheat the Chinese leftovers would have been nice. ||I’ve noticed in other reviews that breakfast was available, but there was no info about this - I would have ordered some if I’d known. God knows, on my first night I’d have eaten anything available from a vending machine if there’d been one. ||At the end of the day, the staff were just lovely, the place is lovely, immaculate, and the parking and location are good. All that was really missing was a small couch and some info about where to eat. ||I probably will book a room here for leisure at some stage. ||Coming in at night from the rear carpark, you could certainly hear a baby cry, muffled conversations and TV’s through the doors of the ground floor rooms when you walked down the long hallway. I was upstairs though and the only noise was people walking past out on the street late at night. Nothing anyone could help. ||Definitely will recommend this hotel to others, and I’ll let work know that it’s a comfortable place to be holed-up for a few days. Just a shame the weather was bad and I didn’t get to go to the beach - or even for a walk. But I’ll definitely be...

We found reception friendly and welcoming. Our room was a little dated but it was surprisingly spacious and well appointed. We were a little bit put off with the fact there was no duvet cover; it was just left bare!? Mattress and pillows could have been a bit better but not the worst I've had.

Hot water was hot with good water pressure. The only downside being you could hear noise from the next apartment's bathroom (running of water was loud) but it wasn't so bad as long as you kept the bathroom door closed and if in the bedroom, use earplugs if you're a light sleeper. There were a lot of people next door using the shower for a long time on one of the nights!

Free parking - one space per room is amazing, though I imagine some people may ignore that and cause issues for others. They note down number plates on check-in.

All in all, we'd stay at the Belmore Apartments again. Really...

We stayed overnight at the Belmore appartments in Wollongong fir my birthday with my husband and two small children. The apartment was advertised as having parking, when we arrived there were no spaces and the manager moved her car so we could park. We then went out for dinner and when we returned later that evening again there were no car parks available - we had to find street parking, next we tried to give the kids a shower only to discover that no water came out of the hot water faucet. There was no night manger we could contact for help we just had to go without a shower and put the kids to bed sandy. The next morning upon checkout the staff did not care about the disruptions we experienced.

Not the quality of accommodation we were hoping for or the level of service. Still no communication about a refund or renumeration for the lack of amenities l

I recently stayed at the Belmore Suites and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I was impressed with the range of facilities available in the room, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, and always willing to help with any queries or requests. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants within easy reach. the beach is only a few minutes walk. Overall, I would highly recommend the Belmore Suites for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Wollongong. With its clean and spacious rooms, excellent facilities and friendly staff, it's the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Stayed at The Belmore for work and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the facilities. I had a one-bedroom suite, which came with a small kitchen, lounge, TV and separate bedroom and bathroom. The facilities were modern and nicely furnished. I had a room above reception, closest to the street, but didn't find it noisy (although there was a bit of noise starting from about 6am). This is located a bit outside the main CBD but is really only a short walk away from there and the beach. The bonus of a balcony would make this place a great option for a nice longer-term stay, although I was only there for one night.

Very impressed by the disability-friendly suite! Everything to make my day and night easier was within reach and very inspiring. Now I know what kind of kitchen cabinets to install in the house we bought recently. Sliding cabinet doors were brilliant! If a cavity doors had been installed in the bathroom and bedroom, then my stay would have been 10 out of 10. As it wasn't to be I score Belmore All-Suite Hotel as 9 out of 10 and will book a stay there in the future.
