Hello All !!

"Henry" was great , I mean the food of course😁 !! Why go to the Kärtnerstrasse to fight for a seat ?! Forget it !!

The freshly squeezed orange juice at "Spar" was the "Unforgettable"!! In fact I travelled from my place to there just for that , a blue tip: "their orange is sweet" , I had a litre , and wished my stomach could handle a little more !!!? The Media Markt ... a market? , I agree, no comment .. but still I managed to get a "Mini Selfie Stick" .. The salesman did a good job , he even recommended to me their small outlet on the ground floor .. Why not ?!!

There was the disaster !!!!! After a "quicky" tour , I left that small outlet .. but I was called back by a young saleswoman, a super confident young girl who was thinking that the pack of "Mini Stick" in my pocket was stolen (by me) from her outlet shop .. The irony is that that item doesn't even exist in her shop .. She didn't bother to apologise .. turned her back cold bloodedly .. TO DO A GOOD SERVICE ONE NEEDS INTELLIGENCE NOT A UNIFORM ...

There is a multiple-floor shopping mall at Wien Mitte Station known as Wien Mitte The Mall. Opening hours are 9am to 8 or 9pm for most shops with later hours for restaurants located here.

Wien Mitte is a transportation hub for U-Bahn (U3 and U4 lines) as well as the CAT (City Airport Train) which is why we found ourselves here during our recent visit to Vienna.

There are a handful of retail and service shops as well as fast-food, casual sit-down restaurants and a large Spar at the Mall. The Spar in particular shop if you need to make quick food & drink purchases or for travel related items and consumables that you may have left at home or be in need of for your onward travels.

In the end, not the type of place we would normally target during our travels. However, we did find Wien Mitte The Mall to be a useful venue for those arriving/departing or staying in a...

Across the street, there is also the Stadtpark, an adorable park full of flowers and benches. For those who reach the Mall before taking the train to the Airport, I have to admit that the sign panels to take the S7 are not so clear and easy to understand. Nevertheless, the ÖBB personnel are kind and available. To go to the Airport, go downstairs to platform 2. Follow the timetables on the screens. The S7 STOP for the Airport is the second last stop of the train. 🥰

It's a modern mall located in a pretty neighborhood. You can buy or windowshop inside and outside, and eat in the many restaurants that cater to all pockets and multiple cuisines. Fine dining at Hilton Hotel's Selleny restaurant right across the street, or casual kebab and donners, or healthy food at the Fat Monk. There is of course a Mc Donald's inside for those who don't want to experiment. Those who like to browse through books, there's a very nice Thalia bookshop that has a very good selection of English language books, and lots of other things too! There's a big Spar pronto for grocery shopping. You also combine your shopping with a walk along the cannal that leads to the beautiful Stadtpark where can have a picnic with the family and feed the ducks.

It's a modern mall located in a pretty neighborhood. You can buy or windowshop inside and outside, and eat in the many restaurants that cater to all pockets and multiple cuisines. Fine dining at Hilton Hotel's Selleny restaurant right across the street, or casual kebab and donners, or healthy food at the Fat Monk. There is of course a Mc Donald's inside for those who don't want to experiment.
