Excellent upmarket hotel. Very friendly staff, nothing too big or small. ||Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Missed a night so they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite facing the old town / overlooking the flame towers. Lovely room, cleaned twice per day and comfy beds. ||There’s a lovely bar on site which also had a pianist on the Friday evening; plus a whiskey/ cigar lounge which was pleasant. Drinks in both were great.||Also used the room service option. Chocolate fondant was excellent, chicken sandwich average but a decent selection and prices of the mini bar fridge weren’t unreasonable. ||There is also a spa on site, although didn’t use it prices weren’t advertised and couldn’t find much online (even tried downloading the four seasons app). Did ring them to get prices but can’t recall what they are. ||The hotel also has an ATM which is really handy as taxis are predominantly cash based if you use the Bolt app to get a driver. You can also rent scooters to get around the city which are a very short walk away from the hotel (and worth it considering the traffic!).||Felt very safe here and would definitely return back to the same hotel again.
