View and the air were perfect, too bad the waiters were forgeting my breakfast two times :) I have waited one hour and a half for two omlettes and reminded the waiters three times on my order, planned to fill my belly before hitting the road while enjoying the gorgeous view of Mostar, but i left starved :). It's not like you can switch restaurants up there because they are the only ones in business, the closest food is 20 mins downhill in the town. How does one forget a simple breakfast order even though they are reminded three times over a period of hour and a half?...
Read moreKatastrofalan doček. Došli smo tačno na otvaranje, a čovjek koji je, čini se, bio zadužen za zipline, sjedio je i nije ni podigao glavu da nas pozdravi. Bio je arogantan i ponašao se nadmeno. Moj prijatelj nije Bosanac, i taj čovjek ga je pitao da li govori iskreno. Moj prijatelj je odgovorio da, pomalo, a on mu je neprijatno rekao: „Ako ne govori dobro engleski, ne možemo — to je pitanje sigurnosti,“ i otjerao nas kao da smo niko i ništa. Moj prijatelj je vozio zipline širom svijeta, čak i u Dubaiju, i bili smo šokirani. Samo jedan lijeni tip koji ne želi da radi jer mu jedan klijent po spustu nije finansijski isplativ. Planirali smo da se vratimo s grupom prijatelja, ali njihov zipline brišemo sa naše liste. Siromašan mentalitet koji se nikada neće promijeniti!
Catastrophic welcome. We arrived exactly at opening time, and the man who seemed to be in charge of the zipline was sitting down and didn’t even lift his head to greet us. He was arrogant and looked down on us. My friend isn’t Bosnian, and this man asked if he spoke frankly. My friend said yes, a little, and the man replied unpleasantly, “If he doesn’t speak English very well, we can’t do it — it’s a safety issue,” and dismissed us like we were nothing. My friend has done ziplines all over the world, even in Dubai, so we were shocked. Just a lazy guy who doesn’t want to work because having only one client per ride isn’t financially interesting. Read moreللأسف كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا. بعد أن قطعنا مسافة طويلة ووصلنا إلى المطل الزجاجي، رفض الموظفون استقبالنا أو السماح لنا باستخدام الزبلاين، رغم أننا التزمنا بالتعليمات. الموقف لم يكن متعلقًا بالسلامة كما حاولوا إظهاره، بل بدا أنه قرار شخصي وتمييز غير مبرر، خصوصًا عندما عرفوا أننا من العرب. كما أنهم رفضوا أيضًا أن يسمحوا لأبنائي بتجربة الزبلاين بدون سبب منطقي. التعامل من الموظفين كان جافًا وغير مهني، ولم يكن فيه أي روح ترحيب أو احترام للزوار. من المؤسف أن مكان سياحي بهذا الحجم لا يحترم جميع السياح بنفس الدرجة. لا أنصح بالزيارة إطلاقًا.
Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. After traveling a long way to reach the Glass Viewpoint, the staff refused to welcome us or allow us to use the zipline, even though we followed all the instructions. The situation was not about safety, as they tried to claim, but rather a personal and unjustified decision, especially once they realized we were from Arab. They also refused to let my children try the zipline without any logical reason. The staff were cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional, showing no sense of hospitality or respect for visitors.
