Horrible stay, you get a code via whatsapp the same day of the arrival but...only for the room door you have no key to enter the building. Every time you need to enter you have to buzz and wait literally on the street to be identified and buzz in.
the area is desert and dark at night so it's scary,
upon checking the Toilet wasn't working and this is where things went from bad to worse, there is no one to communicate with in the building, there is a whatsapp number with automated/limited options so, useless.
I emailed Booking.com and the email provided by them (no answer) and called a number l found, the lady don't speak a word of neither english or spanish and my Portuguese is not great so, l had to google translate the issue, she said that because it was Friday night they will send someone next day between 08:00-17:00 and ask if l grant access to the room which l did.
Next day we spent all day out and went back to the room at 17:30 and guess what?
still had no Toilet so I called again and a male who again doesn't speak either English or Spanish answered and told me that because it was a Saturday after 17:00 there will be no solution until Monday, we were there only Friday-Monday.
l was so upset and l asked for a refund so we could go to a decent hotel with a working Toilet and suddenly he spoke English and Spanish and witting 5 minutes i was moved to a different room.
you don't know how much you need working facilities until you don't have them.
Our flight back home was at 21:30 on Monday so l asked to leave the room at 13:00 instead of 11:00 and the answer was NO! And that my only options was to pay for an extra night.
PS:they never cleaned neither room in 3 days, not even offered us clean Towels.
l will...
