Had an 18 year old whiz kid accompany me to Canada Computers on Princess to help me build a decent rig. I myself had been there many times, but shopped the deals Black Friday and Boxing Day and they (CC) did offer some decent deals. Spent about $4,000 for a very decent rig, even with shopping the deals. The staff were very helpful as I filled my cart. As well they have an excellent tech shop. However the lower rating comes from the fact that after I spend my money, I took my rig home, set it up. Everything worked perfectly except for a single fan within the housing of the new tower I bought. Instead of dismantling my rig, I brought in the fan and they pretty much told me "too bad so sad", so I had half a mind to return the entire rig over a $20 fan... However I am not that petty. My 18 year old buddy luckily knew soldering, and we fixed it ourselves. So in short. Tech shop is good for what you need fixed. The store proper are adequate, offer decent deals, and will take your money. Don't expect anything more than that.

Shady business and fraudulent!!!!! I tried to bring back a CPU cooler that didn't come with all parts to only be told it was already returned. As everyone knows that you get a receipt when you return something and it's marked as returned. So I showed them the original recept and said there was no record of it being returned on original receipt and told them it must be a mistake. Unfortunately they still didn't repair or replace the missing part and told me I'm out of luck. I assume that they are returning items and pocketing the cash as a result of this I can't bring back a useless CPU cooler they sold me. I am reporting this to the IRS as this is fraud!!, I didn't return the item and when tried to they told me that I already did!!!!!!!!! I have added a photo of the original receipt to show it wasn't returned and is not marked as it was returned as all business are required to do.
