Great service overall! Went in to order a drink and was told they were out of pearls but were in the process of making more. I was told it would be about 15 minuets which didn't bother me since my friend and I planned to stay and play games for a while. After about half an hour went by the lady who took our order came out apologizing with our drinks saying she was sorry it took so long and that if we wanted anything else she would be happy to give us another drink for free because of the "inconvenience ". As a Queens graduates, this place is no longer sharetea but that is not the reason for the one star. They have cheap milk tea powder instead of putting any effort to make it by real milk and tea. Kingston is not 10 years ago and this way of business will not work. I ordered a signature milk tea with NO sugar. The drink I got is super sweet. The employee said the drink is suppose to taste like that. I definitely can tell the difference between a milk tea made by real tea and the powder. Me and my partner stopped by this afternoon to try their hotpot and we were not disappointed! The lady working was the sweetest ever and she was so helpful and her customer service was the best ive seen in a long time anywhere! She captured our hearts. We decided to get drinks too before leaving and she did not disappoint yet again with her positive attitude and kindness! Wished us the best as we left!
