HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE It took me 15 minutes of driving to arrive at the location to get a refund on one of the dog foods I bought a few days ago which was left unopened. Then, I came to witness a very strange marketing error which seems to only bother the customers for further benefits of their business. I can buy anything I want in store, but CAN ONLY GET A REFUND WHEN MANAGER IS PRESENT (This system has been on going for months apparently)
The employee called the manager and they talked on the phone for about 10 minutes, while I was staring at them waiting. Then the employee said âmy manager says she can get you refunded when its on her shift.â What? Excuse me? No, I am not wasting any more gas or precious time to come here for a refund! So I told the employee to call the manager again so I could talk to her. The employee did so as I requested, but the manager hung up after talking to her employee again saying âI am currently off work so meet me on my next shift for your refundâ It was so laughable because I just saw the manager talking to her employee for 10 minutes on her âoff-workâ hours.
Again, the bag is unopened, nothing to inspect or hesitate to give refund for, and apparently I have to make an appointment with the manager to get a refund. I have never experienced any store that is so tedious and cheap on giving customers the money they deserve to get back, even on their very mistakes of marketing error and inefficiencies, still so eager to continue this way. I would not have been this mad if only the manager handled the situation appropriately.

The staff here are a big part of that.. very kind and genuine.. you can see the love they have for animals ⥠along with their health & happiness. Which means alot to me. The store it self carrys alot of local products ( which i love) with a wide variety for all... ive been able to find treats for my extreamly picky pom that he goes crazy for now!
Each time ive come here i leave with a smile and get very good advice..They really care and it shows âĄby making you feel like you and your pets matter.
They most definitely go the extra mile to help you, with whatever your concern is.
The 1 lady I've seen a few times now, i want to say her name is Dorothy ( sorry if thats wrong) is extremely knowledgeable and informative, about all products in store and great advice & suggestions. Very greatful to have found this gem!!!
I 100% recommend coming here !!! I love supporting smaller, local buisness especially ones that truly deserve the recognition.

I have been coming to âGlobal Petsâ, for quite a while, and for good reason.
They really care about their customers, and their pets, making you feel like you and your pets matter, and are important. They go the âextra mileâ, to help you, with whatever, you need.
Dorothy, the Manager, is extremely knowledgeable and informative, about all products. Her advice has been so helpful. The other employees are great, too.
âCustomer Serviceâ is very important, to me, and you, definitely, get that, at this store.
They have a great selection of products, and carry good quality pet food.
I enjoy going into the store, when I am nearby, just to say âhelloâ, because they make you feel, like you are part of a âfamilyâ, there.
