Worst customer service ever. I have been a long time customer nearly 4 years now. But since last couple of months customer service is just declining. Today was just too much for me. I ordered some food for to go which is always pre prepared( khaman and sev khamani) usually they just give this when I order but today they said it will be some waiting because of a lot of orders before me so I patiently waited for my food. I DIDN’T say a word to them whole time and was just observing them giving sweets right away to a guy who ordered way after me. Giving food to a couple who ordered after me. And still I didn’t say a word but they could see that I was bothered by that and they started talking to each other in what seems a low volume to them but I heard the guy(don’t want to say the name but I know the name) and other staff (girl) talking and which was offensive for me. So I chose to leave without asking for refund or food. Also I saw staff’s behaviour with another customer ( old lady). Not good at all. The staff doesn’t care about customer at all and especially 10:30 in the morning they are already tired and does not care about customer at all. Anyways not...

I went to buy food for the day of fasting. To begin with the bearded guy at the counter had too much attitude which was humbled by the fact, the 1 food item and tea took 45min to arrive while people who ordered the same kind of food received it earlier than i did. He was busy paying much more attention to the Gujrati speaking folks as opposed to others in the crowd!! Imagine the nerve to display such racism on a foreign land! The food itself was a disaster. I ordered the faral tikki of sort made of potato and coated with some batter, took it home. not only did it have oil dripping from it post reheating but also was stale amd rotten in taste. It tasted as if it was made of very old reused oil. The food preparation was full of health code violations.

I trusted this place to have some integrity especially when you claim to have upvas food which has a sentimental value to people. But seems like both the food and staff lacks it!! Kindly train that guy to not project his low frequency racist mentality here. This is...

Went there for grocery shopping, the boy at the check out counter was very kind and helpful, good at customer service, then we ordered some pani puri and the girl at the food counter was so rude and didn’t know at all what customer service is. Really bad attitude and then the other girl came from the back of the kitchen to serve us the pani puri at the live counter, didn’t smile for once, didn’t have meetha paani for pani puri, she was serving with so much attitude, we didn’t feel like even finishing the last one and just wanted to get out of there. If they are gonna have people at front for customer service positions, they must teach them first how to treat the people in their store and not just throw the product on their faces. We would never want to come back there...
