I have heard everybody rant and rave about this place so I decided I would give it a visit as I love to collect fragrances and I wanted to see what the hype was about. I came with my girlfriend and the first thing I noticed was how unwelcoming the workers were. Nobody came and asked us if we needed help finding anything, no greeting, no smiles, nothing.

When we would ask to try out a fragrance or asking about availability of fragrances we got short and blunt responses from the workers and quite frankly they just didn’t seem bothered to help us.

They do have a decent sized selection of fragrances and good pricing, however due to the rudeness of their employees it really put us off of wanting to buy anything from here and quite frankly I’d rather spend a little extra money somewhere else if it means I will receive better service.

Also, there are two ladies in particular that should be careful about how they talk when customers are around, lots of people in that are are of Croatian/Serbian descent and can understand things you are saying to each other...
