Sweetest store manager ever! If I could give more stars I would. So it was my birthday and I was very excited to get my birthday drink. I walked over around 8 pm to find that the store was having a corporate event (Apr 24) and was only open for drive thru orders. As I donāt have a car the drive thru wasnāt an option I thought Iāll give it one try.
The door was locked but I could see the staff inside so I knocked. After a few waves the store mana walked out and asked me how he could help. I told him it was my birthday and I was looking forward to this drink so I walked over here but I donāt have a car and if itās possible for him to get me the drink. He was so sweet and said of course and then went on to ask me my beverage preferences. After a few minutes he walked out with a gorgeous Frappuccino which he customized with some added jazz and pack of madeline cakes. I later went inside to scan my app and chatted with him and the other staff for a bit longer.
Honestly, this one of the best experiences I have ever had including fine dine restaurants. This was just a pure act of genuine kindness without any expectations from me as the customer.

I always order mobile because staff constantly get my order wrong. I then have to go to the counter to ask for water to have with my espresso. Rather then ask if I placed an order. They say they can't serve me water unless I order something. I told the order taker I ordered mobile and that I've been coming every day for the last two weeks to this location. The barista overheard the conversation for a glass of ice water and made me wait 5 minutes for it when the store was empty. When he finally got the water he hid it behind counter saying there was no name on it. Then he was rude about it accusing me of being rude. I decided to update my review because reviews are suppose to help with decision making. That rude staff member I haven't seen there. In defense of the store...they were training a lot of staff. Now that they have settled in my ratings are different. Atmosphere is 5 Food is 5 Service is 4.8 The service rating for staff now is 5. The 4.8 is the volume at this score can get busy at times. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went through the drive thru this morning and the partner with blonde dreads was extremely rude when I pulled up to the window. I scanned my card and before I was able to tell her that I wanted to redeem my rewards for a free drink she had already pressed enter on the POS and stated that it was ātoo late and I should be letting them know before handā. She did not offer a refund or a solution and brushed me off. This is also not my first negative occurrence with her. A couple months ago I tried to use two apps, one to redeem a reward and one to pay from and she proceeded to tell me this was not possible. After arguing with her, another partner graciously stepped in and was able to assist. To preface this, I am also a Starbucks partner and am aware of the level of customer service required as well as the POS controls. It seemed like she was rushing through the orders and being very short with me even though I was the only car in the drive thru. I would expect better service from a fellow partner especially when Iām paying $15 for a coffee which by the way tasted burnt.
