If you don't like a refund or exchange, write it on your receipt. It says 7 days exchange or refund but don't expect to actually get a refund unless you have a fight with the staffs. Seriously I'm not sure why people are making it so difficult because at the end of the day, you need to give me the refund anyways plus you've lost customers (myself and my friends) by yelling at customers who want to return stuff that's not working(seriously?)

I bought two microphones from them and expected them to work, but the style of the plugs are too old for my Karaoke machine. When I went in there, the lady just yelled at me, saying that I should have known the right kind of product before I buy them. I told her I wouldn't have bought it if I knew they weren't the right one because it was such a waste of my time to go and return it. Then she laughed and told me that there were lots of customers out there who were trying to do such thing. Like seriously what kind of people on earth would say thing like this and starting to attack you customers when they showed that they were trying to get a refund!? I am not any kind of uneducated person who was trying to get into a fight. I just wanted my money back because I don't think I should keep anything that I can't use! Such a shame! If I could rate it zero star I would...

I bought one rice cooker in here, it is really poor quality. I bought it in the morning, and used it afternoon, but I found the rice can only be half cooked (half raw, half done) no matter how long time I cooked it. Then I brought it back to the store afternoon. The cashier is unreasonable unfriendly. She told me that only the goods with original package can be returned within 7 days; otherwise, all goods can not be returned. I asked her if I do not use it, how can I know there is some problem for the rice cooker? (they should test all goods' quality before they sell the goods out to the customers according to their logic). the logic is unreasonable. Then the cashier told me to wait in the store, as she need cook the rice personally to see what I told her is true or not. I told her that I could show her the rice cooked in my home, but she does not accept it.

I waited there at least 30 minutes, and finally they found that the rice cooker cannot cook the rice well.

Poor quality. There are some other electricity appliances, I even bought a small oven with 2 oven heads, after only 2 months, one of the oven head cannot be used.

All goods are very poor quality plus the poor after sales service. I will not buy anything...

ahhh I love this place, they have a variety of lifestyle and home items, I specifically like to come for the beauty and kitchen aisles. there is lots of popular brands here significantly cheaper than big name stores like sukoshi, oomomo, and kiokii, at least $2-8 price differences.

they also have lots of harder to find products you’d usually have to order off aliexpress, I got bang clips from here which I haven’t found anywhere else for the same price ($2) while they’re $7-8 at the other stores.

I have purchased sanrio items from here as well which is nice as a collector, the kitchenware is pretty good, I have some chopsticks and mugs, I bought a projector from here but it doesn’t connect to anything at all and doesn’t play which makes me sad because it was $30 so I’m iffy on buying electronics again. they have really good sales though! the staff is helpful despite the language barrier between us, there’s usually staff who can speak english around so if you can’t speak mandarin or cantonese you’ll still be fine.
