I really, really like the mint flavored chocolate called a smoothie. It reminds me of my childhood candy called ice cubes, but much better. I also got the peanut butter cup, and boxes of chocolate for home.

This is the best fudge! Every once in a while I get a craving for their peanut butter and chocolate fudge. It is so worth the drive downtown.

Like previously mentioned, the staff is incredibly unkind and unprofessional. The poor service takes away from any quality their products may have.

We travelled across the city today because of a craving for fudge. Arrived 15m prior to close, lots of vendors still happily serving, but when I inquired, with my child by my side, about whether it was too late to place an order and was met with such unexpected anger and hostility. I awkwardly continued with acquiring the fudge to then again get berated again for paying with cash — something most businesses prefer as they’re not being charged by a third party? Regardless, ma’am, I’m so sorry that doing your job and following your hours of operation is such an inconvenience to you — but the way you speak to others is wildly inappropriate. Working with people isn’t for everyone. The lack of professional is astonishing. We used to frequent the St Mary’s location often because supporting small businesses is important to us. The difference in service is night and day. To the lady working, I hope you find peace and no-longer need to...

Awkward engagement after videoing there hot chocolate packets with our camera. Approached very passive aggressively by the older lady, then asked why we didnt seek permission to film, which we had no problem with, but once we asked she replied with "Sure" in an up tight manner right away. So clearly the conflict was avoidable and unnecessary. Just could have been approached so much smoother without need of a power trip over the customer. Not to mention, been a customer for over a year and a half. Unfortunately, this has forever ruined the experience and we will no longer purchase from them. (Side Note: There were people recording moments earlier with there phones as they entered the shop as well, but...

I love this place! Honestly my go-to chocolate shop for years, whether a mid-afternoon pick me up or for special occasions, I get my hand-crafted chocolate from here. It is a family-owned business who go out of their way to personalize your chocolate experience - they even wrap their chocolate bars in personal messages. The variety of flavours and combinations (chocolate pretzels, chocolate licorice, chocolate 'pizza', chocolate smoothies, chocolate truffles, and fudge, fudge, fudge!) will ensure you are a repeat customer as you'll want to have a taste of everything (the salted caramels are a personal fave). Thank you chocolate factory for being my personal...
