I can’t say enough good things about this amazing team of dedicated and skilled estheticians. I have had many services done here and have been extremely satisfied with the results. The ladies here not only use their amazing talents to provide good quality services, they truly make your experience one that you won’t forget. As soon as you walk in the doors, you are greeted with welcoming smiles and a feeling of acknowledgement . The calming smells and music gives you a feeling of instant relaxation and makes any service that much better. The knowledge and advice these ladies have for all your beauty questions is beyond measure. I have always felt so welcomed and not once had a feeling of judgment. I absolutely adore all the wonderful ladies who work there, not to mention the amazing owner Leslie! She is so caring and attentive, and just an overall amazing woman who has established such a loved, professional and reputable business here in the Oceanside community. A few of us were chatting in a group. This businesses name came up. To be fair its been a few years since my experience there. I went for a waxing and came out with skin ripped off and the next day was so badly bruised, so very sore. Two days later was solid black and blue. I suffered for some time after that. Went back a couple days later hurting a lot and told the girl, even offering to show her the damage. She shrugged me off mumbling she was new. I went to the car, wrote a note and brought it in stating it was to go to the owner, but nobody ever got back to me. That was more disappointing. I have gone to Lesley's Esthetics for eyebrow waxing and pedicures so far. I was recommended by a friend who was very pleased with them! I am mainly writing my review to praise Kelly - she is my favorite esthetician of all time:)!! I have gone to several salons through out the years and even though I live in Nanaimo I will continue to drive up to Parksville because she is so worth it.
