President Plaza — Attraction in Richmond

I feel really bad for the stores there because they're just trying their best to survive. And the quality of their products and food are top notch. The problem is the impark there is horrible. They are extremely stingy and will fine your parking even if you move your car. It's hard to do everything you need to go there (getting an eye exam, getting glasses and eating at the food court after) within an hour. And it just ruins the experience for customers. Especially someone like me who has trouble getting up and down the stairs to get to the upper level parking due to my disabilities.

People are often just running in, getting what they need and getting out before impark hands them a 98$ fine. They don't stay to enjoy the food court or the fun game spot because there simply isn't enough time to.

For me, I don't think I'll ever go back because of the strict time limit and the difficulty I have traversing the steps if I want to stay there for longer. I unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere.

If the shops in president plaza want to survive, they should increase the time limit on the first floor or get a different parking company because Impark is destroying their...

I found this spot after getting a groupon for some karaoke, thinking it would be a blast for the family. They have one booth and it only has room for two people. The best thing here was the owner who let us have a pool table instead.
