WARNING! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IâVE EVER RECEIVED! This is my first time giving 1 star review! I usually donât want to leave a bad review BUT THIS ONE IS NECESSARY.
I came to the store on May 20, 2022 paid at the cashier at 7:43pm. Her Filipina staff, her name is Maria Vinia P (I got from my receipt, hopefully itâs her correct name, not some other staffâs name) is EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful at all! Iâm pretty surprised since usually Filipinas are very nice! I donât know whatâs her problem but she was very rude to me even since the first time I came to the store!
I asked her about the price of a product, because I couldnât find the price tag/sticker, she just said âall the prices are on the testersâ (they have tons of shades of testers! So I have to check the bottom of the bottles one by one! Only 1 out of about 10 has price tag! Wasting my time!). Not to mention she answered it WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT ME, she kept looking at her computer.
I unconsciously left my shopping bag on the floor (that is literally only 2 steps away from me) because I had a stroller with me as well. And then she needed to open a drawer near my shopping bag, she just said âwhose shopping bag is this? Can you move it?â NOT in a friendly manner. She sounded SO ANNOYED, and asked WITHOUT saying excuse me, or please, or even thank you after my husband move the bag. I even said sorry because I left the bag there! She didnât even care!
WORST PART WAS after grabbing all the products I need, + my mom-in-law came join me shop at the store and got some products as well, finally itâs time to pay. Too bad the empty cashier was hers! She was suddenly being a little bit nice to us (I think because we ended up spending more than $400 there!), UNTIL! I asked her which of the products is 60% off, because the other staff told me about the promo. She suddenly being very rude again! She was like âwhat 60%?? We only have 30% and 40% discount blablablaâ. I said âokay let me talk to herâ. She gave me very annoyed face expression, maybe thinking I was going to rip her off or something, basically belittling me and said âfine! Go talk to her!â And yes I was right! One of my products was 60% off!
Even my husband & mom-in-law agreed that MARIA VINIA P was very rude. If I can I would give this store ZERO STAR review! But since I can only give 1 star review I would give it for their price compared to other stores. Maybe next time Iâll just shop online to avoid unnecessary awful...

Yes, they sell goods with a decent discounted price. But here is my experience of being scammed by them that I would like to share with everyone that may shop here.
We randomly walked into the store while shopping at the outlet, first time to the cosmetic company store, just browsing around. The only thing that caught my attention was they surprisingly have some TomFord products and they are at a discounted price. They are selling the lipstick that was originally $70 for $52.50. It is no doubt a good deal since Sephora Rouge sale event does not even offer that price! So I got 2 colour, and some Estee Lauder make up since everything in the store had additional 40% off (except for TomFord).
We were doing late shopping so we just paid and go, it was not until we got home and looked at the receipt, we found that we were charged for $70 for both the TomFord lipstick, but it was clearly priced on their shelf and also price sticker on the lipstick box saying $52.50, knowing that they OVERCHARGED us, of course we had to go back to the outlet the next day, to ask for the difference back, it was about $40 that they OVERCHARGED us.
We were told that they can only offer store credit for us!!!!!??? because the system does not allow them to refund the money to the customer. EXCUSE ME?? this is NOT something I asked for. I understand how many retails now only offer store credit so whatever you paid they are profiting that money. THIS IS AN OVERCHARGE which was NOT suppose to happen at first place! I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM ME BECAUSE I AM NOW FORCED TO SPEND THAT $40 AT THEIR STORE BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!! if it was me purchasing something and I did not like it I decided to return, sure u can offer me store credit because I initially wanted to spend that money at the store, BUT THIS IS NOT THE PRICE I WANTED TO SPEND!! and all I was told was nothing they can do because the SYSTEM does not allow them to??
what if it's overcharged amount of $400? $4000? is that how business scam people nowadays???? and it also doesn't matter if you spot it right after you paid in the store, because the transaction was already completed and no turning back except for store credit.
I will file a complaint to the consumer affairs, it's not about the $40, it's about the business practice, not...

I am regular customer , but this time brought stuff for almost $200 , in which the two lip shades I got were wrong colour which were given by employees. its waste of money because I already have those shades. she took from my hand the testers and gave me different colour due rush I checked them in my car on the way home and realized that its not the shade which I chose. Due to black Friday heavy traffic its really time waste to go back and wait in long lineup. But still I went back that ur associate made up a mistake she gave me wrong colour and It was unopened +unused+ with proper bill. please , change the colour by doing exchange. they refused and started showing policy and advising to gift some one. This is the customer service. They donât listen their customers and understand+ fix their own mistake. what I can do with 4 same shades as I already informed the sale associate that please be careful bcz I donât want any wrong shade.Moreover , I saw there was a customer facing same issue and the store manager was yelling at the customer that its no return or exchange policy. if its like that for sure not going back to their store in Mc Aurtherglen outlets in Vancouver. Very insulting an bad service. Moreover , if I tried to ask something about another product which was I was supposing to buy a tall girl which is sales associate ( donât know name)she was ignoring and running away , avoiding me on my face , just because I had asked her to exchange the lip shade with another one and the total fault for giving the wrong one was their employee.
