Nukkad Indian Street Eats- Pure Vegetarian Food Truck (Richmond & Vancouver) — Restaurant in Richmond

It’s a Food truck right at the entrance of the McArthur Glen designer outlet near Airport. This was the first time I ate at Nukkad and I felt like why didn’t I eat here earlier!!! It has a few items on its menu but the dishes they serve are too good. One of the best place to eat authentic Indian street food I would say. I had Grilled sandwich, chhole kulcha,and steamed momos and all the dishes were amazingly tasty. Also had the shikanji and could say it literally helped beat the heat. They do not have a designated place or area to sit and eat. There are few benches near the truck where you can sit and eat but you will possibly smell people smoking which is not a pleasant feeling for me. So I’d suggest eating in your car or take out. SIGNATURE DISH! GRILLED SANDWICH is the best of the best. I forgot there's no meat. All the ingredients blend in well. Bread is crispy. ✌🏻 The whole thing is unbeatable. BUTTER PAV BHAJI & MATARR/CHOLE KULCHE : The smell of the dishes is just right ( it helps you to enjoy the food more). The thickness of the sauce is good as I can use the bread to dip and eat. The sauce sticks well onto my bread. I put a couple pieces of the onion on top and it helps me to enjoy the sauce more. Chai Tea (MUST TRY) is hot enough for me to taste the herbs. Better than restaurants ( seriously). My first time to try RUSK. I dipped it into the tea (1 or 2 seconds). It's so delicious. Good combo. Tasty...

Service- Could use a bigger window for orders/service thats more appealing. Line starts here could use an arrow as people were lining up randomly!

Food is pretty flavourful for $80 spend We had the following: 1.Pav Bhaji - on the mild spicy side. 1 serving Grilled Sandwich was mild spicy chilli but was a good portion. 1 Serving Tea is a bit on the sweater side as it comes as sugar added. 1 serving Momos are are alright. 1 serving Chole Kulche could use better Chole mix, maybe thicker? A but on the liquid side. 2 servings Shikanji-Indian Lemonades is on point. 1 serving
