I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a store. One of the sales associates was lovely while I was trying things on, but the moment I stepped out without a purchase in hand, her attitude completely flipped. I even stopped to say how beautiful one of the dresses was, and she cut me off mid-sentence, walked right past me, and muttered a dismissive “yep.” It was shocking how quickly the tone changed!

My husband, who was waiting near the fitting rooms, summed it up perfectly as we left: “That felt like a car dealership.” The constant pushy comments- “Wow, great price!” or “You got the last one in that size!” felt disingenuous and over-the-top.
