Is there a 0 or 0.1 star rating? What a horrible experience with mediocre baked goods at this location. We decided to eat here instead of the other dining options at the outlets for something quick and casual. It turned out to be a waste of time and money. Respectfully it was a busy Sunday with loud music and many orders, not to mention the loud coffee machines, but to keep up your staff HAVE TO maintain a good attitude and communicate clearly, work efficiently and have some communication between staff, and MAKE YOUR COFFEES FASTER! I’m sure my drink was forgotten and nothing was ready at the same or prepared well. I asked for 2 croissants warmed up, they were stale and cold. I asked for my wrap warmed up, the egg inside was also cold. Ingredients did not taste fresh or stand out. I inquired about my drink after waiting for all the people ahead of me and even the ones after me, but it was so difficult to get anyone not even the cashier who took my order, to let me know it was in the queue or being made. I literally had to get the attention of the ONE person making all the coffee orders, who was the rudest with a negative attitude, not only to me but to many others who also wanted to ask about their orders. I then had to go back to a different cashier to ask about my drink, only for her to take a few more minutes to simply tell another staff member to make it. I’m not exaggerating when I say it took 10-15 minutes for a cappuccino. I should have asked for it to not be made and requested a refund then and there, but to be respectful to already-stressed out staff, I did not think it would’ve made my already negative experience better. My first suggestion would be for staff making coffee orders or handing out orders to TALK LOUDER AND CLEARER. Customers cannot hear your voice saying our order over top of the loud music and hissing coffee machines! To the barista who blatantly ignored me when I inquired about my drink and was rude to others, check yourself before you work or don’t work in a busy environment, period. I would also suggest handing out food orders to a different area, perhaps the secondary counter than appeared to be closed, in order to mitigate the crowding by the coffee machines. I do not want to reach over someone’s coffee or uncovered baked good just to get my drink or food, yuck!! The counter they place your order on is TINY too! Horrible horrible experience. You’re seriously better off going to Starbucks where they not only SAY YOUR NAME that you gave when paying, but they will wait to give you the correct order and make sure it’s in fact correct. Or a different dining option for better baked goods. Will not be...
Read moreI highly recommend this place for both business meetings and social gatherings with friends. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, with plenty of seating options to accommodate groups of various sizes. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure that guests are well taken care of.
One of the highlights of this place is the quality of the food and drink offerings. In particular, their croissants are simply divine - buttery, flaky, and perfectly baked to achieve a delicate crispness on the outside and a soft, airy texture on the inside. They pair perfectly with a hot cup of coffee or tea and are the ideal way to start your day.
But the menu here is not limited to just croissants - there are plenty of other options to satisfy any palate or dietary preference. Whether you're in the mood for a light and healthy breakfast or a decadent dessert, you'll find something that fits the bill.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about this place. It's the perfect spot to catch up with old friends or impress a client with a business lunch. I highly recommend giving it a try - you won't be...
Read moreI work in the outlet and everytime my mother visits me she buys my usual order of an iced spanish latte and the last 2 times have been such a disappointment. The first time a few weeks ago my mother was given a large HOT spanish latte and when the Barrista was told that it was supposed to be iced he just put the hot drink it in a MEDIUM sized plastic and put in some ice and just gave it back to her. The second time, today, the same Barrista (a white male with glasses, facial hair, and either bald or balding) gave her 2 large COLD BREW instead of 2 large iced spanish lattes and when confronted this time took them back added the condensed milk and called them SPANISH COLD BREW, WTH THAT DOESNT EXIST! And when my mom said that it still wasn't what she order the Barrista just replies " its close enough isn't it?" Seriously this is NOT the customer service you give when someone pays almost $20 for 2 drinks. Anyways if you want good coffee and customer service just walk further in the mall to Starbucks, cause thats what we'll be doing...
