I went to the outlet with my mom sister and her friends. We wanted to get some food and instead of our classic a&w we decided on this pizzeria and now my mom including myself regret it horribly. We paid $95.25 and we got a Margherita pizza vegetarian pizza with a pene something pasta with 8 barley seasoned chicken wings. The Margherita pizza had zero flavor other than just tomatoe sauce and the crust was SO THIN and soggy that it couldn't even hold its shape. When you order a Margherita you at least expect a flavor of cheese or something but it didn't even have that. Moving on to our next regret the vegetarian pizza. Okay so they barley BARLEY even put any effort in cutting the veggies. It looks like they just plopped it on with soggy dough and an extreme amount of tomatoe sauce again with no cheese. Since the dough was so raw and thin you barley could even cut through the pizza to get a slice. Not to mention that the pizza had a huge thick crust that was practically 95% burnt. After when you eventually got to cut it once you wanted to pick it up all the vegetables would fall off making it only have again soggy dough and tomatoe sauce. After the terrible pizzas we tried the chicken wings. At this point should I even call it chicken wings it was more like the pre cooked chicken you get at Costco that Is seasoned but they just made it a lot smaller than the Costco ones. It barley Even had any meat on it, it was just bone. They gave us a small sauce that was barely even filled, best way to describe was probably they only filled it with 3 tea spoon and it just tasted like a sweet version of mayonnaise with super small cutted cilantro. Also the chicken wings had absolutely zero flavor or crunch to it. The pene something pasta tasted horrible with extremely bitter sauce and at this point there is nothing else I can say to describe how much we didn't enjoy this place. No hate to the workers as environment because the workers were so kind and the environment was pretty inviting and exciting but the food wasn't. Would we come to this place again? Probably not but we would consider maybe trying something else other than this.
PS. my mom has diarrhea now because the workers didn’t ask her allergies individually
PSS. we are the group that came this saturday and...
Read more2nd visit June 29, 2019: We came for three birthday celebrations. I was so excited to come back and have the ribeye once again. The last time we visited it was an amazing tasty experience. The reservation was for 8 people and it was ready for us thank you. My father, my sister and I ordered the ribeye. The rest of the party ordered a pasta dish. We had a prosciutto and mushroom pizza to share first and that was not bad. The timing of the orders was out of whack. The pasta arrived first but the ribeyes didn't arrive till at least 15-20 minutes later. Not good. Something has changed. The ribeyes arrived and they weren't nicely sliced like previous experienced it came in one piece but the really bad part is that who ever cooked these made a HUGE rookie mistake and did the one thing you never ever do while cooking a good steak, which is cut into it while it is cooking and I dont mean a small slit but this was huge slice into one portion of the half of the steak and that half would end up being dry and close to well done. The other half was medium rare. Unfortunately all three ribeyes were treated this way. What happened Bibo? Next the salad on the side had no balsamic reduction and no grilled bread? It came with wild greens, cut tomatoes, and shards of parmesan and all piled into each of its own area on the plate. No effort at all in plating. I was so disappointed in hindsight. I will post a split picture and you decide for yourself. I hope this was a one off because it really should've been caught by the manager. Those plates should never have made it to the table. Bibo, pay attention!!!

I used to think that going to a proper steakhouse would guarantee me a great steak experience. I was wrong. The ribeye at this pizzeria is without a doubt in my top 3 of all time and I've been to many steakhouses. The accompanying grilled potatoes, bread and salad were on...
Read moreThis review is for the McarthurGlen Outlet location. From beginning to end this restaurant was a disappointment. We were there during a slow time of the day. There were eight employees walking around and maybe eight tables including ours. Getting seated was slow, we were eventually told to seat ourselves even though we were standing in front of a "wait to be seated" sign. Getting greeted at our table was slow...approximately 10 minutes. Our waitress struggled to answer basic questions about the menu...my wife being Celiac likes clarity and confidence in the establishments GF options. She did not eat because of the servers poor explanations. We should have left but my wife insisted we stay and eat. She went shopping while we ordered and waited for our food. I ordered Lasagna. To be honest it was some of the most average pasta I have ever had from a specialty Italian restaurant. The comparison of the taste would be that of Michelinas frozen lasagna...the only difference is that I just paid $20 for a comparable $2 meal from Safeway. The pizza my kids had was average at best. Once the food was delivered to our table not one employee came to see us again. No - "how is everything? Do you need anything?" Our server sat down six feet away from us to eat her own dinner prior to us receiving our food but never once said a word to us again. We finished our meal and then waited...and waited before we had to get up and approach someone to get a bill and pay. While we waited for our bill I did see two other tables also have to approach the staff to receive there bills. Again, there were many employees working in a restaurant that was not very busy but they seemed to be very busy doing nothing. I have never in my life not left a tip after a meal...today was the first. This restaurant does not deserve any hype or good reputation. Walk past and you will thank...
