We went on a perfect day and had an awesome experience so gets a four star. Not a five, I’ll explain below. The service was great. Got the newbie package ($98 for adults) which includes lessons, helmets, ski/snowboard, boots. The conveyor belts and chairlifts are great! There are snow pants for rent as well - which is a really good thing. The equipment we rented out was in great shape, the boots the board the helmet.. not stinky or worn out at all. Quite impressive actually. The instructors were very polite and helpful and helped even if you didn’t get the package and had questions about techniques safety or whatever you want to ask. Do check for weather updates before going, we had a blizzard the day we arrived and everything was closed. Next day was great so really enjoyed. As for the 1 short star, the website really sucks. We wanted to go for the ridge runner roller coaster in the end of the day, even asked people about the timings and they said it would be open till 8PM. The website stated the same, however when we came back for it at 6PM and there was literally no sign of anything. Everything was closed, there was no personnel, no signs of change of timings nothing! That was really a put off. Otherwise, overall, it was a fun day.

Got day passes and had an AMAZING time with everything we did. Skywalk Challenge was a my favourite, both levels totally worth it. All staff were great, but extra special shoutout to Ishan for being a calm, professional, and friendly guard. Safety system seems super smart and I felt safe doing it, just make sure you are feeling good fitness and heights wise for the day. Packed day was both the most expensive and most fun workout of my life and I'd definitely save to do it again.

I enjoyed the ‘play all day pass’ and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. I loved the mountain coaster, gondola ride, zip lining and hiking trails that were available. I also found the price very reasonable. Great to do in Fall!

Blue mountain is nice place to visit. But customer service people are not. At ticket counter after getting a pass for whole day the lady on counter asked if we have shoes then only we are allowed on majority of rides. She should have told us about basic requirements before we of purchase tickets resulting we had to purchase new shoes. Additionally we had rain in couple of hours of our arrival, they do not give refunds nor a rain check. Upon going back to ticket counter, they trying to blame us by saying you could have checked weather before purchasing ticket. Supervisor Sarah was really rude to us. Upon asking for refund she said according to your usage of pass you own us certain $$ on top if we want to claim refund. She was not at all polite and was giving us blunt answer to us by saying not...

Purchases 3 all day activities pass weeks in advance because we don't sky and didn't want to run the risk of it being sold out. Tried to use it and most activities that are advertised were already closed for the season or due to light snow. Used it twice in the morning on the limited net course because it mostly closed. When we tried trieded using at the plunge pool the attended said we were 5 minutes too late because they close in an hour. Asked at activities desk what I can use it in because these passes where a waste of money and there answer was they can't control weather or operation of attraction. They shouldn't advertise something that they can't offer or that is closed...
