Best Buy Express — Attraction in Toronto

The worst place to shop. I ordered my PS5 Controller online to pick up at the BestBuy Express 1 hour before arriving at the BestBuy Express. The idiot lady says it's still processing, so she said 10-15 minutes. She goes to check the rack, and she says it's not available. I told the lady that it was available and even showed her there were still two available in stock. She goes to check the back, and low and behold, there it was. So that was a waste of my time. She said to wait till approval, so I went out of the store for 1 hour to return, and it's still pending approval. So, I will cancel the order to purchase it directly in-store. I asked her if there was anything you could do as compensation for wasting my time; she said no. "If I give you 10% off, then I would be getting 10% deducted. " how stupid of an answer is that? I tell her I know several managers at BestBuy Leaside, Scarborough Town Centre, and Warden & Eglinton. She asked one of her bosses, but they declined. I told her before you bought off The Source, they offered 10% off regular and sale-price items with SPC. She then goes into the back to call up the store manager, and that manager also declines. She then says if you want an explanation as to why we couldn't offer you the 10% off, you can wait till 1:00 PM for my manager to arrive. That was another half an hour wait after nearly 2 hours to get a controller for my PS5. Worst experience ever and absolutely rude...

I wish Google had an option of -ve rating. Firstly I got a phone through them during the Black Friday weekend. They were very polite and kind because they wanted to get the “SALE”. The Sales consultant or expert whoever it was his name was “SACH”. He was friendly and kind and he lured me by offering me a $320 GC because I got an Apple Iphone 16 through him. Firstly he refused to do the price match and therefore he told me that I will give you a $320 GC just to settle the issue. Then when I used the GC, I came to know it was actually $200 only. I went back to him, and that’s when he started showing true colors of him. Firstly he deneid that I never told you about the $320 GC, secondly he started being rude, very very rude. And then he started twisting and turning around the conversation about the GC and the discounts. Lastly he told me that, we never do price match with any service provider. I never have told him to do a Price Match, I only asked him to give the me the $320 GC which I was promised at the time of sale. They are the biggest liars, they will give you some good offers to attract you and buy the products through them and will give you fake promises and once they get to know they have made a mistake, they will be rude to you and will start abusing you.
