Read moreThis the third time, I bought their precooked meals and vegetables wrapped that I found a fruit flies inside wrapped together. I first told the cashier who I saw the day before to talk to the owner and tell them, I got some fried spicy tofu and beef at the back pre-made. It was the same cashier and she saw me bought it the day before. Other customers heard it too, I was telling her there are bugs inside the food I paid for. They never refunded me the money, which is fine. I’m a regular there. After showing them the photo on my phone. It was close to my house, that’s why I go there. But now it’s getting ridiculous. In the past I bought fried noodles, nothing. Now I bought some food is wrapped and still same problem. I will never ever buy wrapped food inside this store, because it has a history of fruit flies that they wrap together and it’s gross. If I heat it up in the microwave. The flies die together inside and I wouldn’t even know. That’s why I think I ate some nasty fruit flies with food here before and never knew. However I usually split it in my bowl first. Guys, if you shop here. Be careful what you buy and they don’t care of sanitation or hygiene. You will never get your money back with the receipt and food you present to them about the problem either. I gave them back the food physically and showed it. They just silence and didn’t do anything. What?? It’s just gross all together. The summer time, there is some sort of excuse because of the weather. Hello! It’s now October and it’s cold. How is it possible, there is still the same problem. I suspect I ate dead fruit flies in the microwave buying food here before. I’m so upset. I don’t know where they pack their food in this supermarket but it’s gross. I will never come here and buy any of their wrap food again. They don’t mark their food on the day they package it either. So you know when they made it and how long it’s been sitting there, you really have no clue what they are doing or it’s fresh. It’s...
Read moreIf I could I would rate no star at all! Even though most of the cashiers showed no customer service to me over the past 4 years, but this time was the worst ever experience in my life! When the No.1 cashier was scanning my purchases, I found out she already scanned 2 bottles of milk but she somehow scanned one more bottle, I caught her, she removed it without saying any apologies! Moreover, I found out she charged me twice of asparagus after I made the payment. So I went back to her showing I got only one bunch of asparagus, turned out she was extremely rude and shouting to me: bring all you purchases back, I have to check everything! So she meant I was hiding the other one and trying to scam her? Unbelievable she made no apologies about her second mistake! And I had to drag over 235$ of food to another cashier to get my money back! So the fact was she should charge the broccoli but another asparagus! Was she blind? With the Covid-19 outbreak nowadays, I had to wait and argue with them for about 20mins with so many ppl passing by me! The manager refused to make apologies or offer anything complimentary to make me feel better. Instead they said ppl make mistakes, and I should check the receipt bla bla bla, if there is a mistake they will do the refund, so if I didn’t check again in the end, that would be my fault? And they are supposed to get more money from me without feeling illegal!? For the extra time here arguing without feeling appreciated or even respected as an old customer? I said Freshco give the goods for free if the make mistake of the price. The manager gave me a disgusting look and told me that they don’t have that policy and they don’t care if I will come back again. She said you can stop coming back then! Without any compensation, I asked her to make the first cashier to apologize to me but they just ignored... So you disgusting fellows felt so shame about your mistakes but to ask...
