Jae and Gabriel were welcoming, patient and thorough, giving us confidence to embark on a bicycle ride around Vancouver including downtown, waterfront, Stanley Park and Granville Island. The ebikes were easy to use, and Jae provided comprehensive route recommendations. It was also evident how much they cared about follow through with clients which let us know they would be available to help if we ran into any trouble on our ride, which we didn't. The battery life was excellent for an expansive journey around Vancouver on safe and clearly marked bike paths. And the rental rates were competitive with other services in the city. Pro tip: if youre visiting Vancouver, take your ride during the week to avoid weekend cycle traffic. We rode on a Monday and had a fantastic experience. Thanks again Jae and Gabriel!

Great quality scooters and friendly service. Some of our multi-age group were scooting for the first time and these were perfect. 2 modes; gentle acceleration with a top speed of 15km, the other with faster acceleration and flying along at 25km. No fancy shopfront, the store is hidden inside what looks like a residential building but this seemed to contribute to the price being fabulous value. And we were just charged for the time we used, when we made our trip around Stanley Park in 2 hours and not 3. Can definitely recommend.

We had a great time riding scooters. There were 6 of us riding. We rode all over Stanley Park, stopped and had lunch at the Tea House, (highly recommended) then rode around the entire island and back to the shop. Still had 3 of 5 power bars left after. These are the nicest and best maintained scooters I have rented. They are probably the fastest ones as well. The all have phone holder mounted so you can have your navigation right there. If you're wanting a great time in Vancouver, you really need to rent your scooters here.

We had one day pre cruise to see the city. Our taxi ride suggested scooters. We found Rentaru’s card at the coffee shop and gave them a try. Don’t let the lack of storefront scare you. Jae was great. When we arrived at the address he escorted us to the store upstairs hooked us up with great scooters. We used Apple Maps in bike mode to navigate the streets with bike lanes in the city. Went to Stanley Park, rode along the sea wall, then headed to grand villa island public market, then later to dinner in gas town. Literally did the entire city. Was really easy, definitely a must do. Rentaru was great, even coming in earlier on Sunday so we could return early to head to the port. Thanks for a...

I had the best experience ever. Gabriel took excellent care of us. We rented three scooters and went around Stanley Park. VanEcoRide is only a block and a half from Roundhouse Skytrain and an excellent location to hit the bike path to Stanley park. Gabriel went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He was genuine, kind, friendly and helpful. The scooters were very easy to ride and we had loads of fun!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VanEcoRide. It was a wonderful feeling to be so well taken care of. The students I took around Stanley Park sight seeing were also very impressed. Well Done! I will...
