Anrufe werden nicht beantworte e mails auch nicht ich war 4 wochen in china konnte NIX erledigen diese Botschaft ist verschwendetes Steuergeld da sie absolut keine hilfe oder support sind man muss anscheinend termin 5 jahre im vorraus machen damit man irgend eine Reaktion bekommt wenn man auf diese Botschaft Hilfe angewiesen ist dann viel Glück ich kann nur hoffen das nicht euer leben davon abhängig ansonsten RIP weil so wie die arbeiten ist man einfach nur verloren das personal sollte dringende ausgetauscht werden damit Leute die ihren job ernst nehmen dort arbeiten können ich warte immnoch auf Antwort.
