Together with Murray House, the pier make Stanley a great place to explore in HK. It is not a very big place but you have to admired the pain it takes to move the pier to it current location.

Nostalgic, historic and full of colonial taste. It is now transformed to a very peaceful pier to rest your mind yet arousing your imagination of the stories happened century ago.

Quite busy pier where you can take ferry to Po Toi Island. There are people fishing here as well.

スタンレーの駐車場から海沿いに徒歩５分で赤柱広場にたどり着きます。そこに行くと、マレーハウス、赤柱天后廊、赤柱ト公碼頭と３つの史蹟を見ることができます。「ト公碼頭」の名称は、香港に駐留する英国の第12代総督「Bu Li」に由来するもののようです。元は中環にあったものを、復元した桟橋です。ツイワイフェリーが、ポートイ島へのフェリーを出しているとのことですが、とても現在も使われているようには、見えません。まるで、バリ島のバレのように見えます。美しい海に映えてきれいなフェリー埠頭でした。詳しい写真付きの説明板がありました。
