Smugglers Inn, Hong Kong — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Very awful experience. The service we received was not only unprofessional but also quite disrespectful. When our waitress served our beers, she carelessly threw the coasters onto the table and rolled her eyes at us, which was both rude and inappropriate.

As Indian customers, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome due to her behavior. This type of treatment is unacceptable in any dining establishment. I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the issue with their staff. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I encourage others to consider their experiences carefully before visiting. Food was not...

Stopped by here for the quickiest of drinks, as we were getting a whirlwind tour of Hong Kong Island. Loved seeing Hong Kong's CaucasianTown, and this bar had a friendly clientele and good beer selection. The bartender - Mary J___ (sorry, totally blanked on your name, though we were wearing nametags so you had the advantage) - is wonderful.

Being a single white. older female in a bar I tend to get ignored and Smugglers was no exception. When I first sat down, someone came over to get my order. However, I was considering a second drink and there was no one in sight. I sat for several minutes, no one approached me and I was looking around to get served, even though the guy was sitting outdide, but two men arrived and were immediately talked to.
