Recently had the pleasure of visiting the place last Saturday, and I must say it was an experience worth raving about. Despite the restaurant being fully occupied, the limited staff of three, led by the efficient manager Jason, managed to maintain an outstanding level of service throughout the evening.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, adding to the overall dining experience. Despite the bustling environment, the staff remained attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

One particular server named Eason, who had an injury on his face, stood out for his exceptional kindness and helpfulness. He tirelessly checked on our table, ensuring that our food was prepared to our liking and that our drinks were consistently refilled. Eason's dedication to providing excellent service, despite facing personal challenges, was truly commendable.

About the burgers. The menu boasted an impressive selection of mouthwatering options, and each bite exceeded our expectations. The patties were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the buns were fresh and toasted just right. The attention to detail in crafting each burger was evident, and the accompanying toppings and sauces complemented the overall taste perfectly.

Beef & Liberty (B&L) is a burger specialist with a place at the ground floor of the Stanley Plaza. They have a large indoor seating area with relaxed environs and good table spacing. There are a few outdoor tables as well. Opening hours are 11.30am to 9pm (weekdays) and 10am to 9pm (weekends). You can do take-away and delivery in the area if preferred.

I recently had lunch at the Beef & Liberty in Stanley ordering the Black Pepper burger which was pretty good. Australian grass fed beef patty tasted just fine. Grilled nicely at medium rare with cracked pepper, Raclette cheese, rocket and onion jam. Bun held the burger together nicely. This was a good burger, not sure if you can find one better in Stanley. Great air-conditioned place, for an awesome burger, on a hot summer's day in Stanley.

Service was excellent. Our daughter enjoyed the quickly delivered crayons and princess colouring in sheet, while the adults appreciated the rest of the prompt and genuine attention.

The lunchtime meal combinations (burger, fries and drink) are reasonably priced, especially considering the quality (and I'm not comparing it to the McDonald's next door).

My vegetarian wife devoured the falafel burger, but wished it came with cheese. The rest of us meat eaters thoroughly enjoyed the beef and pork burger options. If a mixed fries option existed (combined potato and sweet potato), we all would have been in heaven.
