Waffleman — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

I ordered a bunch of butterfly pastries to my office as a farewell gift to my colleagues, they promised me to arrive by 4:30, by that time I texted them asking where they were, they told me they were nearly there. I then contacted the driver, he said he was still in Stanley and would take an hour to get here. Obviously I was really annoyed about the entire situation. I expressed that I wanted them refunded, the customer service woman then went on and flat out ignored me for the entire time. This has been one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever encountered, never going to order from here...

New update: I placed my 4th order from Waffleman last month and my coworkers were enjoyed both the waffles and donuts. They are not too sweet for grown-ups and delivery was arrived within the office hour. While, I hope they can improve their customer services like others have recommended. Otherwise, I may not consider a fifth visit.
