Hung Hom Market — Attraction in Hong Kong

You can find different food (e.g. meat, vegetables and seafood,etc) and even some other products (like shoes, clothes,……) on the second floor. The staff of each shop are very nice even if you are not buying their products. Just ask them if you are searching for a particular kind of shop, they’ll help you so much! Reminders:

1. Markets at HK usually have a cheaper price and fresher quality (for food) of the similar products compared to supermarkets.
2. The price of their products can be bargained (but usually you wont because it is really cheap). You might also wanna walk around to see if the prices and the products are the best.
3. The units used for measuring weight in market are Chinese weight units so be careful. A fair balance is provided by the government...

I go to this market mainly because there's a pork stall on the first floor (13 Wah Kee) that sells great tasting local pork (black and normal). There are some nice fresh fish stalls on the ground floor and some cafe's on the third floor. Only one of the cafe is open for breakfast, but at lunch time, more are open and their food is good. Not a cheap wet market in HK. Most store close before 7pm.
