Formerly known as Western Park, this is a small leisure area that now pays hommage to Dr. Sun Yat Sen, known as the founder of the Republic of China.
Here you will find a large grassy lawn with a 5 metre tall bronze statue of Dr. Sun Yet Sen, the work of artist Zhu Dacheng. You can also see a traditional Chinese gateway entrance on the south of the lawn, a Chime Tower, reflection pool and structures on the promenade side next to the harbour. The park also includes a public swimming pool, football pitch, basketball court, children's playground area.
