specialty shop for pig offal, not the most common choice in HK. Maybe because of the high concentration of Chiuchou people in the area. The offal is fresh. Still, it is serves in pepper soup with considerable amount of Chinese celery to get rid of the possible strong funny taste of the organs. Those who doesn't like celery would better ask the waitress not to add it.
