I have been stay here for around 2 weeks. Overall experiences are good.

Location: It is located near Sai Ying Pun MTR station, around 5 min walking distance, and near Trum station called Sutherland Street. It is also around 19 min or 1.1km walk to Central, alternatively you can take the trum around 10 min.

Hotel room: probably I highlight the cons side first. It is Quite pack and small but I believe this is normal in Hong Kong. You can imagine you need to open your luggage on the bed.

Good thing are this room is quite clean and looks new and well maintained. Queen side bed, one table and chair. Normal tea and coffee served in the room. The basis that you need are all have. No much noise, only sometime you can heard you neighbour open door. You can heard a little bit the trum sound when it passby. Little bit only, acceptable.

Price, I am not sure. It is covered by company. But I searched online is around HKD 700+ per night. Daily room cleaning service available.

The hotel don't have other facilities, only hotel room. The reception desk is at floor 3.

View, no much view from my room, only building. I stay at 16 floor, total...

Booked a twin room and was given a complimentary upgrade to a higher-floor room at check-in. Thankful for the upgrade given that I had booked through a 3rd-party platform. Staff were efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the check-in process.

Hotel is really new, given how I had only seen 1 review before mine, and that there seemed to be a photo posted where the grand opening (ribbon-cutting ceremony) was held around 4 months ago.

Loved the nicely-packaged complimentary water and masks. It’s a very modern-designed hotel as well.

Though my room is located right next to the lift, I gave it a test by pressing for the lift while standing right next to my door in-room. I found it to be relatively sound proof. In fact, the air-conditioning system was producing more noise. It was also a nice gesture that the air-conditioning was turned to a very comfortable indoor temperature already, where a dummy card was...

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very small, but this was expected for HK; took a short while to get organized, and sort out where to open suitcases, but once we got into a routine, it was a pleasant stay. Room was very clean with daily housekeeping service. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee machine in room and lobby; bottled water not provided nor available in hotel, but a 7-Eleven is nearby. No restaurant or laundry facilities in the hotel, but these are nearby on the same street. Good location for my vacation in HK - trams run on Des Voeux Road West in front of the hotel (stops are a block away), and, Exit/Entrance A2 for MTR station Sai Ying Pun is across the street (from the nearby 7-Eleven) a block away on Des Voeux West (although this is not well shown on...

+ clean, modern rooms + convenient location (however, nice cafes are located in ~1km) + responsive personnel + tram and metro stops are within 100 meters - terribly bad A/C. It's impossible to change the speed of the fan, it blows from a single part of the wide area designed for it and as it's located right in front of the bed, it blew directly to my head - unlike other hotels, switching on the "please clean up the room" after 2pm will result in no one coming to make up the room - rooms are extremely tiny - tea and coffee are not provided after the room is made up, only water - despite we booked 1 month an advance, we were given a room on the 7th floor. If you're a light sleeper, trams passing by may disturb your sleep - toilet is not equipped with a bidet sprayer
