As night fell, the casino came alive with vibrant energy, and the entertainment staff ensured that every moment was filled with excitement. The conference facilities were impeccable, setting the stage for successful events.

In the sanctuary of my suite, every detail was meticulously crafted for comfort – from the air conditioning that whispered a cool breeze to the minibar stocked with premium refreshments. The flatscreen TV was my window to entertainment, and the room service was prompt and courteous, making me feel like royalty.

t's been more than 3 years of not visiting Macau because of COVID-19.||I am very happy to share my experience for my 3 nights' stay at Sands Macao Hotel. The location is very convenience to anywhere like like the must visit ....Ruins of St. Pauls (大三巴牌坊). By staying in this hotel you can take their free couch to any hotels under their group and with attached casinos for fun.||On the first night of my stay because of personal reason I decided to request for changing room and am highly appreciated of Dean Wan of the front desk who chat with me on the phone to and forth for 8 to 10 times to please me that they will try to allocate us to other room on the next day. I need to mention that my first call with him the time is after midnight.||And in between the conversations Dean explain to me that this hotel is launching a programme of re-renovated smoking room to non-smoking room which I think like hotels under the Sands group, Sands Macao finally all rooms will become non-smoke room.||The next day Kevin Jiang & Becky Chen located a room on 19th floor which is newly renovated to swop to non-smoke room and they came to my room on 20th floor and goes with us to see if this room suit us well. I need to also thanks or their Manager Viri Souza who extend our check-out time. ||All these above is so intentive to guests which impress me so much.||One tips that if you are interested to play at casino, this hotel maybe will be your first choice as because the hotel lift has direct access to casino on...

This was an impressive stay experience for me! This is my first time staying at Sands Macau! Although Sands Macao is not a new hotel, time has not faded from its prosperity and nobility! The layout of the lobby is very classical and the decoration is very elegant! The concierge and security at the door are very kind and friendly! Alen at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful, and his service is very attentive and impeccable! After learning that it was my first time staying at Sands Macao, Alen kindly arranged a room with a view of the sea for me, and introduced me the specific locations of the hotel's business points very carefully. I like the layout of the room very much, very comfortable and cosy! The decoration is very elegant! Fully furnished! My unexpected surprise is that the bathroom is also equipped with a jacuzzi, which is very comfortable! The hotel's swimming pool is open-air, although the weather is still relatively cold, but the pool water is very warm! The waiter at the swimming pool specially brought an ashtray and mineral water after learning that I wanted to smoke! All the staff in the hotel are very friendly! What impressed me was Wendy, the operator on the switchboard. She is very polite and very kind! While checking out I met Ken and he was very efficient! I like this hotel very much and will definitely come back...
