The Na Tcha Exhibition Room — Attraction in Santo António

This is a single exhibition room located just through the hole in the Old City Wall near Na Tcha Temple. Opened to the public in 2014, a quick visit here helps provide context into what you are seeing at the Na Tcha Temple a few metres away. Opening hours are 10am to 6pm (closed on Wednesdays).

Here you will find a handful of displays, items of interest and wall art related to the local god of war - Na Tcha and festivities associated with the temple a few metres away. The most impressive is the decorative Na Tcha Sedan Chair. Other items are worth a quick look-see as well.

In the end, it is worth spending a few minutes here before or after looking around the temple. Then, you can make your way and continue with other intended sightseeing...

澳門哪吒信俗歷史悠久，世代相傳，2014年列入為國家級非物質文化遺產名錄。為展現澳門文化的多樣性，以及促進澳門哪吒信俗的長期保護和永續發展，由文化局籌建、大三巴哪吒廟值理會和街坊們支持協助的“大三巴哪咤展館”於2012年開幕，讓市民及遊客前往參與，深入了解哪吒信俗的節慶歷史文化。 “大三巴哪咤展館”樓高1層，為傳統與現代相互結合的建築，室內、外空間總面積約70平方米，該展館以介紹哪吒傳說和節慶為主題，展示了每年哪吒誕使用的珍貴實物，例如宗教儀式中的香爐、信眾鈐印所用的哪吒印符、哪吒簽；出巡時使用的哪吒鑾輿、幢幡、舞獅頭；以及搶炮活動中的花炮神像。 館內亦展示了哪吒節慶的影片，又以電子書形式展現數十年來慶祝活動的舊照片，讓市民見證這項傳統節慶的歷史與變遷。此外，展館內的八幅哪吒水墨漫畫，由本地著名漫畫家陳偉輝（亞正）創作，以生動活潑的方式說明哪吒傳說的由來。透過以上的陳列與展示，參觀者可進一步了解哪吒信俗的意義，並感受本土節慶的熱鬧氣氛。同時，館內展示了原址經考古發掘後出土的部份文物和建築殘跡，經專家推斷，此處的石砌牆基為聖保祿教堂西翼的重要組成部分，現成為了重要的歷史遺跡。...
